I like that Braze AI Decisioning Studio allows me to personalize interactions on a one-to-one level, moving beyond the impersonal many-to-one approaches we used in the past. It helps me understand which agents have the most impact, as well as identify relevant features for each customer, enabling me to measure uplift against my business as usual program. Additionally, I appreciate being able to understand the specific times of day, days of the week, frequency, channels, and content types that impact our customers on an individual level, something we couldn't do with our previous customer data solution.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are a few areas where Braze AI Decisioning Studio could improve for us. One thing that's been a bit tricky is that while we can see the uplift, it's challenging to understand the incremental nature of that uplift without additional analysis. We also find ourselves spending a lot of time managing the model, and if we want to make changes like reducing our frequency, we end up having to do a champion-challenger setup to reintroduce changes. It feels unexpectedly complex; I thought it would be easier to manage such changes.

Braze AI Decisioning Studio™ allows me to personalize interactions at a one-to-one level, deeply understanding customer impact by time, channel, and content, which was impossible with our prior system.

What do you like best about the product?

The level of personalisation we are now able to get to, discover niches that typical A/B testing couldn't get us to.

What do you dislike about the product?

The fact the action bank is created within an Excel document, it's clunky and prone to error. I wish it was something built in platform with more user friendly features designed specifically for the platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's solving our ability to test at scale, we now have much richer and actionable learnings that we couldn't get to before. We are seeing large uplifts on our campaign as well as a deeper understanding of what is actually driving customer insights.

I like how quickly I can get learnings with Braze AI Decisioning Studio™ and how personalized it allows me to be. It's impressive how it enables hyper-personalization and testing at scale, and the support was excellent during the complex initial setup process.

I think they could improve the asset bank structure. It would be better if it was hosted within Braze rather than requiring uploads.

What do you like best about the product?

Although I fairly new to using it, I'm excited to better streamline my work and feel confident in the canvas flow created. Im often unsure if I've used the best metrics and if I've made an efficient audience. This will take alot of the guess work out of it.

Nothing really. Since my knowledge is limited I do find all the wording overwhelming. But I appreciate the breakdowns so I can learn and follow.

This has helped me reduce manual testing and decision-making by automatically optimising

What do you like best about the product?

Offerfit allows to scale revenue from email communications by automating content optimization such as subject line, body content, images etc. with machine learning. So far, we've consistently hit positive total ROI with a minimal amount of maintenance

There is no interface the team can interact with on self service basis. It's optimizing on email only for now, although they're working towards other channels

It's taking the guesswork out of targeting our database. With offerfit, we can fully leverage the entirety of our base and let their machine learning platform optimize which content to send to whom, to maximize conversions on a weekly basis.

Not so easy to apply changes when it's needed
