User-Friendly and Seamless Data Integration Across Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Been using it for close to 8 years, I love that it's user friendly and is able to easily pull data from all our major platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get expensive when you need integrations with Tableau or Snowflake. I wish these were baked into the basic costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps our agency get marketing data from our platforms over to a visualization tool. Also helps with cleaning and sorting data into custom metrics and dimensions to make it more client friendly.
Excellent data connectors for Digital Marketing & Ecommerce
What do you like best about the product?
This software offers excellent support across various platforms. It is stable, user-friendly, and the customer support is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The relationship between 'views' and 'export' is a little confusing at the start

Excellent Integrations Across All Major Paid & Social Media Platforms for Data Analysis
What do you like best about the product?
The free plan provides integration with nearly all major social media platforms and paid channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads. Connecting it to Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) is very straightforward. There are numerous connectors available, such as Amazon, Apple, Meta, Google Ads, Analytics, and Search Console—truly more options than I expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I'm satisfied with it's features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Funnel.io assisted me with integrating data analysis for Instagram and Facebook across our social media platforms, covering both organic and paid growth as well as analytics. Since Looker Studio does not provide any free connectors for Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Ads by default, Funnel.io made it possible for me to easily create a visualization dashboard. I no longer needed to extract data into Google Sheets and then connect it to Looker. To my surprise, I was able to handle all my integrations and data visualizations within the free tier, which exceeded my expectations.
Great for connecting data sources and visualising with consistent fields
What do you like best about the product?
Funnel makes it very easy to connect all our relevant marketing and analytics data sources in one place and keep them synced automatically. I really like how the connected fields work – once the mappings are set up, building visualisations and reports is straightforward and consistent across channels. It saves us a lot of manual work and gives us a much clearer, unified view of performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve when you first start configuring data sources and field mappings, especially if you have a complex setup. Some connectors and transformations can also take a while to process when large volumes of data are involved. I would also like to see more in‑tool guidance and templates for common dashboards so new users can get value faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Funnel is basically our peace treaty with messy marketing data. Before it, we were Frankensteining reports together from a dozen platforms, copy‑pasting into spreadsheets and hoping the columns lined up. Now Funnel hoovers up all our sources, tidies them, and serves everything as clean, connected fields straight into our dashboards. The result: far less time wrestling CSVs, far more time actually understanding performance and making smart decisions
Not a flexible and scalable software
What do you like best about the product?
It used to be affordable and came with support, but then they changed their model and no longer provide support. They do have a great connector for Looker Studio, but there are limits on how much data you can connect from each platform, which is the same issue with other ETL tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have time zone issues with their support. At the core, they are just an ETL tool, so you can’t do much beyond that. They charge fees even for basic connectors like Power BI. Their new models are expensive, and they also require a 30-day notice for cancellations. Their support, especially Hannah, is not very friendly. Unfortunately, the software is not very scalable when connecting to different platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not really. We ended up using Snowflake.
Awesome platform but lots of API limitations
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and organize datas. The possibility to do custom views is great if you need to duplicate / manage / standardize your workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
Some platforms dimensions are not available, forcing us to manually upload batch of dataset. But 70 to 80% of what we need is native.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving and organize dataset

Being able to have all the analytics in one place is really useful and has allowed me to organize my work better. I recommend it to all marketing professionals especially.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many options and results sometimes make me a little lost, but in reality, it's not a bad thing to have several things.

The most helpful thing is that it saves me a lot of hours of work with its automated reports.

Funnel Does a Great Job Aggregating Media Sources from Various Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Funnel has access to a lot of connections that are critical for a eComm business
What do you dislike about the product?
Not an issue per se but Funnel is only as good as the other services you have in your data stack. You will want to layer in a good data warehouse and visualization tool to transform the data being collected into something actionable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Funnel allows our company to not have to login into multiple ad platforms and aggregate data one by one which is very manual/time consuming.
