What do you like best about the product?

What I like most about Jumio is the simple and straightforward identity verification process. The instructions are clear, and the steps are easy to follow. It makes identity verification convenient while maintaining a good level of security.

What do you dislike about the product?

One thing that could be improved is the verification process when uploading documents or taking photos. Sometimes it may take a few attempts to get the right image quality. Clearer instructions and faster feedback would make the overall experience smoother and more convenient.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jumio helps solve the challenges of identity verification and online security. It makes it easier to confirm identities digitally without needing to visit a physical location or submit documents manually. This can save time, simplify the verification process, and reduce the risk of identity fraud.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Jumio for anti-money-laundering work and ID checks, and it helps me a lot throughout the day. I think it’s very easy to use, and I get a clear view of the ID needed for checking. The initial setup was pretty easy and wasn’t difficult.

I think Jumio should be marketed more because it’s still not as mainstream as it should be. Hopefully, it will succeed worldwide with time.

I feel like the failure in correctly recognizing documents can make the process frustrating too often, as well as sometimes having to repeat certain steps.

Biggest benefit was the Anti Money Laundering service with its PEP list is extremely helpful when dealing with potential risk and going in unaware of some aspects

As a whole, I am not the most keen when it comes to Artificial Intelligence and its role within Identification. I think opening cross-transactional aspects of life to an AI is too high of a risk

Being completely certain of whom you are dealing with is an everyday risk to every business, especially when granting access to platforms and providing credentials

Vague User Feedback: When verification fails, the system often shows generic error messages (e.g., “document invalid”) rather than clear, actionable guidance. This leaves users unsure what went wrong or how to fix it.

Pricing & Billing Model: Businesses dislike the pay-per-attempt pricing structure, since repeat attempts by legitimate users can quickly increase operational costs. Strict annual minimum contracts and expensive add-ons can also make the product prohibitive for smaller companies.

Jumio is pretty easy to use and makes the verification process quick without too much hassle. The UI is clean, integrations work well and the automated checks save me a lot of time in my daily work. It performs well when there is more workload too, the verification is usually fast and reliable without noticeable slowdowns. Support has been good as well, and overall it's a solid solution with good value for the price.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only small issue for me is that the initial integration can take a little time to get everything working properly. The auto-capture can also be a bit sensitive sometimes, but it's not a big problem overall.

Before Jumio, we had to spend more time on manual identity checks and making sure the information was correct. With Jumio, the verification process is much more automated and faster, so we can handle more checks without adding extra work. It saves us time on a daily basis and also helps reduce mistakes during the verification process.
