What do you like best about the product?
Junio fast ID scanning, biometric verification and AI powered fraud detection and UI feels clean, and is easy to navigate, integrations have been consistently reliable and the onboarding process has been straightforward from the start. The automation has helped us cut down on manual reviews, speed up verification and achieve solid ROI by reducing operational effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
With Jumio, users may occasionally have to retry verification when lightiing isn't ideal or the document image quality is low. Pricing can also become more of a consideration as volume increase and the AI checks could be slightly more forgiving in edges cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumio helps us automate KYC, ID/document verification, biometric check and fraud prevention during onboarding. It significantly reduces the amount of manual reviews required, speeds up verification and enables us to support more customers without adding to our operational workload, AI checks also help us flag suspicious submissions earlier, strengthening security and contributing to a better ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
Jumio identify verification has been fast and reliable for us, particularly for ID scanning. The biometric checks, automated fraud detection, and clean interface keep the onboarding flow straightforward and easy to follow from start to finish. Integrating it into our existing application did take some developer effort on our investment worthwhile and AI driven verification has also helped cut down on manual reviews and their support team has been responsive whenever we've needed assistance, It saves us time and helps reduce operational costs by speeding up customer onboarding and verification.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jumio pricing can also be a consideration, particularly at higher volumes. UI is good verification flow could be a more forgiving for users who may struggle at times because of poor lighting or inconsistent image quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jumio to automate identify verification, KYC and fraud prevention as part of our customer onboarding. It significantly reduces the need for manual checks, speeds up verification and allows our team to support more users without the same level of operational effort and AI based verification also helps us flag questionable submissions earlier in the workflow, which keeps the overall process smoother and more consistent.

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest thing is pairing speed and the global scale of the platform, making it effective for real people and cutting down on scammers. Speeding up the verification process is extremely helpful while ensuring the authenticity is something that's essential in the current digital environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
An improvement can be made for false rejections due to a variety of issues like poor camera quality, bad lighting, shadows affecting the photo, glare, etc. These inconsistencies can be frustrating especially after multiple fails in a row...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our onboarding process primarily with billing and insurance verification while being HIPAA compliant, it's a very valuable asset for us as well as improving the overall user experience. It also cuts down on the manual work, allowing our team to focus on higher level tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Jumio has made our identity verification process noticeably faster and more dependable and interface feels clean the dashboard is intuitive to navigate and the API integrated well with our existing onboarding tools. The AI powered document and face verification is accurate, which has reduced manual reviews and helped our team process customers more efficiently and setup was well documented, support was responsive when we had integration questions and the time saved has made the investment worthwhile for our mid sized business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jumio API integration developer support and strong, but some users still end up needing to retry verification when lighting or image quality isn't ideal. Pricing can also start to feel on the expensive side as verification volumes increase and also like to see additional customization options particularly around reporting and workflow settings so it can better fit a wider range of use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumio has streamlined our customer identity verification process and significantly reduced the need for manual document reviews. We're able to onboard customers more fastest, lower fraud risk and spend less time addressing verification issues. It has helped make our workflow smoother, more efficient and easier to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Jumio for its speed, accuracy, and ease of use. The automated document scanning and facial recognition make the verification process fast and reliable without unnecessary friction. The initial setup was straightforward and efficient, with clear documentation and developer tools that made integration quick and smooth.

The lighting requirements can sometimes be a bit strict, requiring me to ensure I am in a well-lit area for the facial recognition or ID scan to go through smoothly on the first try.

Users frequently report getting stuck in endless loops where the camera interface fails to detect faces or process valid documents. The web and mobile apps often glitch depending on browser types, lighting, or device camera angles (such as zooming incorrectly on tablets).

It helps me protect my platforms from fraud, meet government rules like Know Your Customer (KYC), and speed up customer sign-ups by using AI and biometrics to automatically check IDs and selfies

What do you like best about the product?
Very useful for speeding up the verification of documents. A bit limited in identifying fake or modified documents. If a more effective system were implemented to combat document frauds, it would be a perfect tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I consider the ability to identify fake or modified documents to be limited. It would also be useful to have a function to block those documents generated or modified with AI.

Help to exponentially speed up document verification by assisting the client in having a better experience on the site and reducing the need for human intervention.

What do you like best about the product?
The document scanning is super fast and accurate. The user interface is really smooth and straightforward. The liveness detection and facial recognition give a strong sense of security. It makes the whole verification process completely frictionless for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The selfie verification can sometimes be overly sensitive and fail on the first try. It occasionally struggles to scan documents properly in low-light conditions. The setup process for developers integrating the API can feel a bit complex. If a document has slight glare, it forces you to retake the picture multiple times.

It automates identity verification, which eliminates long manual review wait times. It catches identity fraud and deepfakes using AI-driven liveness checks, keeping accounts secure.
