What do you like best about the product?
I like the new dashboard in Jumio. The stats, metrics, links, and color alerts make it easy to read. I also appreciate the quicker validation of documents that are uploaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the proof of address utility bills checks to be problematic. It could use improvement, possibly through AI checks or affordability checks based on what is seen on bank statements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jumio for KYC documentation upload and verification. The new dashboard with its stats, metrics, links, and color alerts makes reading easier and speeds up document validation.

sometimes the information extracted from the documents is not 100% accurate, specially with names or lastnames with special characters

At this point in time, there are no aspects of Jumio that present areas of concern or dissatisfaction. The platform consistently meets expectations across all fronts, demonstrating a high level of maturity and reliability as an identity verification solution.

Jumio's diverse range of use cases provides effective solutions to the core challenges typically associated with identity verification and biometric authentication. Solid KYC Solution with Proactive Support
What do you like best about the product?
We like using Jumio for ID verification on our app because it helps us prohibit fraudulent users, creating a safe environment where our brands can know the community members are real people. I think the user interface is okay, and I appreciate that they are proactive in client relations. Also, they have a solid tech foundation and a product that fits well with Club. The initial setup was pretty decent. The decision to switch to Jumio from Veriff was based on a combination of price, scalability, and tech fit.

Jumio helps us prohibit fraudulent users on our app, creating a safe environment where our brands can know the people in their community and on Club are real people.
Jumio: reliable shield against fraud
What do you like best about the product?
Jumio looks simple and reliable tool for identity verification. It lets us be quiet and calm with our product. Besides I like Jumio's smart algorithms that are constantly improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jumio is still growing and developing product. But progress always goes together with bugs and issues. The most significant one happened a couple of weeks ago. One day Jumio team fully changed parameters for one request without sending us a notification about this. We spent half of a day developing, testing and deploying a hotfix but noticed that they rolled back after our request letter. Funny story with a happy end, one of the bright episodes in our routine :)

Jumio Identity Verification helps us to prevent fraud, to stop scammers, and to make sure that the user who has passed the Jumio flow can be considered reliable.
Great Identity Verification SDK
What do you like best about the product?
Jumio's driver's license scanning interface is intuitive and smooth. Jumio's dashboard/portal is also very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to integrate Jumio into your processes, you need software development support. It's not a simple plug-and-play integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve the issue of customer verification and Know Your Customer. Knowing who is on the other end of our mobile app product is important for financial / risk / fraud reasons.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As far as identity verification services, Jumio is a pretty safe bet. Be sure to have software developers at your disposal to integrate Jumio into your processes.
Effective product but latest version is a little buggy.
What do you like best about the product?
Its a very reliable software and its clean and simple which people need so they dont get confused or frustrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until this latest patch I've had no bad feedback, this latest patch however its been hanging up and being very slow compared to its previous patches

We use them for ID verification in iOS and android
Accurate and secure way to identify users
What do you like best about the product?
The verification process is fast and simple. Doesn't take too long to upload the images/ videos to the cloud for verification. It accurately pulls the details from the ID even if the picture is a bit blurred out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it makes you redo the verification even if the lighting is good. I don't think of it as an issue though. It is a little difficult to integrate into mobile apps initially, but I consider that part of the initial learning curve.

We have been able to identify and stop potential fraudulent activity on our application with the help of Jumio.

It's worth checking out. The features are specific to your needs and I believe it is customizable.

Accuracy and speed of verification. Easy to integrate. They keep improving their services.

All are good so far. However, it would be much better if they could enhance the identity verification processe via kiosks. However, they confirmed that they are working on something amazing that can overcome this challenge.

Jumio helps us to operate as an efficient factory. Speed and efficiency are some of the important gains that we have gained from using Jumio for customer onboarding, documents authenticity and customer identify verification.
