What do you like best about the product?
It makes file transfer very easy and safe. The dashboard is simple, and automations save me lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the setup feels a bit confusing at first, and a few features take time to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me fix issues with unsafe and slow file sharing. It gives one place to manage all transfers, so I don’t need many tools.
Impressive Capabilities That Exceed Expectations
What do you like best about the product?
It's capabilities! Go Anywhere really does deliver on its promises and support is top notch for those tough and complicated flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something that Go Anywhere can't do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have lots of files and data coming to and from, from internal sources and external sources. Go Anywhere has made building flows, reporting on them and alerting on them so much easier and secure than the way we were doing it in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like the best about GoAnywhere MFT is the reliability and security it provides for file transfers. It automates tasks smoothly and saves a lot of time, especially for repetitive workflows. The interface is straight forward once you get familiar with it, and the ability to monitor transfers in real time gives a lot of Confidence that everything is working, Best customer support , easy to implement after learning, and the frequency of usage will also increase. Easy to integrate in the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
What i dislike about GoAnywhere MFT is that the learning curve is very high at the beginning. Some features are not useful until we spend time exploring them or checking documentation. The system performance can slow down when handling the large workflows and upgrades and sometimes need more planning than expected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GoAnywhere MFT helps us Transfer files securely between different systems without manual work. It centralizes everything in one place, so we don't have to rely on multiple tools and scripts. Overall, it saves time and reduces errors in our daily operations

I find the customer support aspect of GoAnywhere MFT lacking. It should have multilingual customer support executives to better serve a diverse range of users.

I use GoAnywhere MFT for secure corporate document sharing internally and externally. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to deploy, locate, and share documents.

Role-based access control, audit logs, and encryption options also help us maintain compliance easily. The dashboard makes monitoring and managing transfers very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI feels slightly slow when loading detailed logs, especially for larger workflows. Also, initial setup and configuration require some learning. Apart from that, the tool works very well for day-to-day operations.

The ability to encrypt files and send them in a user-friendly manner eliminates the cumbersome necessity of using encrypted USB drives for file sharing. Among its compelling features, I particularly appreciate the non-repudiation feature that enhances the security of files shared with a registered email. This capability provides me with peace of mind, ensuring that the files are securely tracked and verified. Additionally, the integration with Outlook enhances its utility, allowing me to streamline communication and file sharing seamlessly within my existing email infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the account lockout feature without any prior warning frustrating. When an account gets locked due to incorrect password attempts on the admin console, it doesn't provide a warning indicating the number of attempts remaining before a lockout occurs. Additionally, even after the account is locked, the system does not inform me that the account has been locked out. This lack of communication can lead to confusion and delays in accessing the system.

I find GoAnywhere MFT provides a secure, user-friendly way to encrypt and email files, eliminating the need for encrypted USB drives. The non-repudiation feature enhances secure sharing, streamlining our file sharing process.
