What do you like best about the product?
I like how GoAnywhere MFT makes workflow automation easier and speeds up setup, saving time in managing content across different roles. The automation works well, and data is handled securely. The support is reliable, making the evaluation process smooth. I find the dashboard easy to use, and the alerts help us spot and fix issues faster. The automation tools, secure file transfer, and easy-to-use dashboard are features we value most as they save time, reduce errors, and make monitoring simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced setup and custom workflows can be tricky and the learning curve is a bit steep. Some processes are not very easy to set up. It would help if the setup for advanced workflows was simpler and more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

In my case, the most useful aspect of GoAnywhere MFT is the amount of effort it takes off tasks that are routine. Once configured, it manages a high frequency of movement of files between cloud systems and partner systems with minimal input. I also appreciate the vast array of features since it implies fewer hand corrective interventions and the removal of stress when it comes to external data exchanges.
What do you dislike about the product?
The problem that I have with GoAnywhere MFT is that it can be so demanding when there are changes to be made. Modifications or integrations are time consuming. There are numerous features and it is easy to get things too complicated. This, at times, has slowed us down when partners required quick change and this can disrupt normal operations unless planned adjustments are made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue with unreliable and manual file transfers is addressed by GoAnywhere MFT. My team wasted too much time before using it checking failed jobs and resending files. Now, when there is correct implementation and good integration within the systems, then there are few cases of those problems. It is applicable to me and has made work done by teams easier since files come as expected. It liberates time and minimizes stress in day to day operations.

i have used it to share the files as well as integrate with our database to share the files securely. Moreover I have used it to get the files from centralised main server of my logistics organisation to use them .

I appreciate the drag-and-drop interface for designing and automating workflows, as it doesn't require any code and reduces manual errors. This has significantly improved our team's productivity by cutting down the time spent on manual file transfers and processing. Additionally, the solution capabilities and ease of use were reasons for switching from Progress MOVEit, and the setup was very easy and straightforward with built-in connectors.

Certain times the technical support is slow to resolve issues and the solution itself is expensive.
