What do you like best about the product?

Kore.AI is currently being used by a few of our clients. They mainly use it because it makes IVR workflow design easier and more straightforward.

What do you dislike about the product?

There was no support from the Kore.AI team for certifications on earlier Kore.AI versions, so we had to train our freshers ourselves because the client was still using an older version in production.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes it much easier to implement complex workflows.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like best about Kore.AI is its flexibility. The low-code platform makes it easy to build and deploy enterprise-grade chatbots quickly, while still providing the ability to implement complex business logic through custom code, APIs, and integrations. Its omnichannel support, strong NLP/LLM capabilities, and enterprise-ready features make it an excellent platform for developing scalable conversational AI solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?

The main drawbacks are the learning curve for advanced features, limited debugging visibility in complex bot flows, and occasional inconsistencies in AI/Search AI responses that require additional tuning. Improved documentation and debugging tools would make development much smoother.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kore.AI helps solve the challenge of building and managing enterprise conversational AI by providing a single platform for chatbot development, AI orchestration, integrations, and omnichannel deployment. It reduces development time through reusable components, low-code tools, and built-in integrations while still allowing custom development when needed. This has enabled us to deliver production-ready chatbots faster, automate customer interactions, integrate with enterprise systems, and focus more on improving user experience rather than building infrastructure from scratch.

What do you like best about the product?

The wide variety of connectors available.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the platform seems like it's lagging, which impacts the pace of development.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I would say mostly banking, making it easier for customer with their day to day needs.

What do you like best about the product?

I find Kore.AI's support very helpful; whenever we get stuck, they are ready to assist quickly. I've worked on many chatbots, and I appreciate how straightforward the initial setup of Kore.AI was for me.

What do you dislike about the product?

I feel like there could be improvements in the inbound and outbound scenario where instances need to select all the parameters like chatbots. It would be helpful if they could add some prompting steps based on current standards. Also, I'm looking for faster resolution for user issues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Kore.AI to resolve HR and IT issues without manual portal tasks, and it helps me quickly address FAQs based on queries.

What do you like best about the product?

It has basically made developers’ lives easier. We don’t need to write the prompts ourselves, and we can also track the AI model when it fails to see where it went wrong.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think there are a few bugs that you need to resolve.

We don’t need to write complex code to create chatbots or AI assistants. With simple drag-and-drop tools and easy navigation, we can create AI agents quickly and without much effort.

What do you like best about the product?

I find Kore.AI really informative. I also like that we have conversation analytics that help track and identify where issues might have occurred, allowing us to fix them. Additionally, the initial setup was easy as everything was in place.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes I notice the bot doesn't work properly and doesn't give the expected response.

I use Kore.AI to build projects with informative conversation analytics that help track and resolve issues efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that Kore.AI is easy and intuitive to use. The integration with agents and Search AI is something I really enjoy. I also appreciate that the conversational flow is straightforward, which makes the initial setup easier. It's great to be able to offer different services managed by a chatbot, which really solves many problems for our company.

What do you dislike about the product?

I am frustrated with the integration with Meta for the WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram channels, as there are very few supported templates. Currently, there are pre-designed templates for these channels; however, they are limited. The button panels have a maximum of 3 buttons, and I believe some templates are necessary to display the information in a more organized way.

Kore.AI allows me to offer different services managed from a chatbot, which is easy and intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Kore.AI's low-code platform, multiple channel deployment, and ease of development. It simplifies chatbot development by providing a single platform to design conversation flows, integrate APIs, deploy across multiple channels, and manage deployed chatbots and voicebots effortlessly. I appreciate the initial setup being straightforward as it comes with predefined dialog tasks. Additionally, in Search AI apps, the ease of crawling a number of websites in minutes is impressive.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think Kore.AI could improve by providing more detailed documentation and more flexibility for chatbot developers, especially for custom integrations and channel-specific debugging.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kore.AI simplifies chatbot development by providing a single platform for designing conversation flows, integrating APIs, deploying across channels effortlessly, and managing chatbots. I appreciate its low-code platform, ease of development, and ability to crawl numerous websites quickly in AI apps.

The Kore.AI is very easy to integrate and ML engines are great thats what I like most about it.

No built in testing sandbox from prom iteration

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

No need for me to talk to a live person and im most comfortable with interacting with ang AI dmrater than a rral person

What do you like best about the product?

The best thing about Kore.AI is its no code approach where people can do great things buy just dragging and dropping the needed components and end up with preparing a working solution without getting their hands dirty with any coding

What do you dislike about the product?

The UI could be more intuitive, and the chatbot responses could be more accurate and context-aware for complex queries.

One of the biggest benefits of Kore.ai is that it provides quick access to information and automates repetitive tasks. This reduces turnaround time, improves productivity, and helps me get things done faster with less dependency on support teams.
