What do you like best about the product?
The best thing in Touchstream is their Touchstream's Virtual Booth. It is beneficial to monitor the wide thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, no issue, maybe in the future they need some more
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Touchstream has a good option called the "overview section." It accompanies status history. Touchstream is very useful to track, detect and altert

What do you like best about the product?
I love how reliable, easy to use, fast and safe Touchstream feels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing too bad to dislike, I think I just don't like the fact that I cant control the arrangement of the VCs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like how it allows me to see if one of my streams is working correctly or isn't. I also love how with the alerts there's nothing going off the tracks for us.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps companies to monitor the performance and health of their live streams across different locations in the world. This is very essential to sell quality user experience for their viewers across different locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience is kind of complex. It takes you some time to get used to the tool especially to understand the features and functions. They should try and make the user experience easier and more friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My client had an issue with performance monitoring of the live stream which has been resolved. It gives them a complete overview in case any stream is not working as expected. This is very crucial for their business.
