    What is our primary use case?

    I have been working with the current program for the past five years. Our organization has been using TalentEdge for the past five to six years, and I have been personally using it for the past three years.

    For our organization, TalentEdge serves as a platform for staffing and recruiting both permanent and part-time employees. We are an organization working extensively on EdTech platforms and EdTech projects that require significant integration with premier educational institutions and Institutes of Excellence. We need placement opportunities and staffing opportunities, which is where TalentEdge EdTech platform proves invaluable.

    We have been running these projects for the past four to five years in the organization, where we supply manpower to our Institutes of Excellence and educational institutes. We are providing approximately over 50 skill certifications to candidates through this platform. All kinds of skilling competencies are being used and uploaded on this EdTech platform for candidates to access. Once candidates appear for exams, they are being recruited directly by organizations, and it is a very seamless and quick process. Because of this, clients are also very happy since the introduction of these certifications. We have observed approximately over 95% accuracy in the recruiting process. Because of the accuracy aspect, we are using it continuously.

    What is most valuable?

    TalentEdge is one of the most cost-affordable EdTech platforms that we are currently using. Earlier, we were using many platforms which were good, but they were very expensive, and we were unable to negotiate any discounts with those organizations. TalentEdge is cost-affordable and very easy to use. All my co-employees and co-partners are using it with ease. Because of the easy browsing, easy onboarding, and deployment, it is very easy to use, and that is why we prefer it every year.

    The best features are numerous and many. Most importantly, it is very easy to use because the navigation on the platform is something which is very easy and does not require a lot of training to understand and learn. The second feature is that these platforms are simple to integrate with any other tech platforms or client platforms we are using without much API integration issues. There is no coding involved, which is why my tech executives are easily integrating it with any learning management software. Additionally, attaching any of the features and their business team and IT team are so responsive that they keep brainstorming with us and asking for our requirements, constantly updating the system as per our needs, which is very much appreciated by our clients.

    Because of this platform, our HR sourcing has been so streamlined that it is also leading to a saving of approximately 2 CR every year, which is a huge cost that every year goes to the HR system. Since this platform has been introduced, we are saving a lot. This is definitely very good for the organization. More and more people have trust and confidence in the platform, and everybody knows about it. Word-of-mouth marketing is so effective about this platform that everybody knows about it. We do not have to convince people every time to use it. That is something which is definitely very easy for us.

    What needs improvement?

    TalentEdge is a global HR EdTech platform and running really well, but I feel that there are our Centers of Excellence and small and mid-sized organizations which are not very plump in terms of business and in terms of average business revenue every year. I would definitely request them to go ahead with some generous discounting for small and mid-sized EdTech companies so that all our vendors and partners can also utilize the services. Additionally, our system requires a lot of customization very frequently. I also believe that if more business teams can come together and discuss our ideas and bring some customizable features for us, it will create a booming relationship for both of us. We develop people and organizations, and when these two meet together, organizations grow. That is the idea I really believe in.

    There are a few improvements that we would definitely like to have. We would definitely like to have the mobile experience. Right now, whatever subscription we have taken is of desktop version only. If a mobile version can also be introduced, that would be a great help. Additionally, I would request their tech team to timely organize webinars, orientations, and workshop sessions for newer people and newer organizations who may take a bit longer time for understanding and navigating the entire system. Rest everything is great and the system is working in a very fast way. There is no lag. The system is working great.

    What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    Absolutely, TalentEdge is very stable. To be honest, we have been using it for the past five years, and this is a benchmark for stability and compatibility. The integration is so smooth and the working is so smooth. It is such an ease to work on the software. That is why I think it is quite stable for us.

    What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

    Scalability is something that we have achieved within the first year itself. Earlier in a month, we were using only two cycles of people sourcing and employee sourcing, but now in a month we are able to use 10 times of sourcing or staffing. Our scalability has definitely been achieved. Now, in a year, we are able to recruit and send approximately more than 10,000 people. Our scalability has increased to approximately 300-400% from earlier times. We now have multiple subscriptions, so all our people are using it and all our people are getting benefits from it.

    How are customer service and support?

    The AI capabilities are definitely helping most of the organizations globally. Because of the AI capabilities, the company has their certifications and systems in approximately 20 to 30 different languages because India is well diversified and people are coming up with different language barriers. TalentEdge has definitely been a very great AI-enabled multilingual platform for us, which is helping our HR processing and staff recruiting in a very seamless manner.

    Regarding career advancement and progression, for example, if someone is a farmer today and wants to become a dairy farmer, and then wants to become a dairy supervisor, after that a dairy manager, and so on, these progressions across all fields of agriculture are something which are very innovatively designed by TalentEdge and helping us a lot. AI-enabled career progression is something which is proving to be a game changer because for our sector it is very difficult to design, and TalentEdge has aced that.

    Regarding customer support, the 24/7 customer support is a savior for us because we did not have any experience in the past of having such a seamless customer support system available 24/7. Usually there is always a delay and non-responsive customer support system. With TalentEdge, it is exceptionally well. I would really like to congratulate and compliment their team, especially their customer support team because with them only we have been able to build the trust that we are continuing this relationship every year and signing the agreement every year. Otherwise, it would have been very difficult.

    Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

    To be honest, we have not been able to evaluate much because we evaluated TalentEdge and a few other EdTech platforms from Cisco. Our management and our governing board approved only TalentEdge because of the multiple packages and the good bundle experience that we had.

    We have not used other vendor solutions before TalentEdge. There was some internal organizational platform that we were trying and pivoting around it for streamlining our sourcing, but it was not any vendor thing or anything outside from the market. It was our home-based solution which was very raw. We were using that before TalentEdge.

    How was the initial setup?

    The initial setup cost was less than $500. The initial setup and costing was absolutely seamless and easy. It was not very costly or on a higher cost end.

    What was our ROI?

    All three parameters have been really achieved through this. We have been able to save more than 2 CR a year. Our manpower has reduced from 20 direct manpower to approximately five, which is one fourth of the original. This has definitely led to bringing in more efficiency and accuracy, which is definitely making us now capable of doing multiple sorts of staffing and sourcing. The sourcing cycle has improved multiple times. Now in a month, we have been able to do 10 times of people sourcing from our processes. Earlier it was only two cycles that we were doing a month. The sourcing cycle has improved approximately to 80 to 90%.

    What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

    The 24/7 customer support is a savior for us because we did not have any experience in the past of having such a seamless customer support system available 24/7. Usually there is always a delay and non-responsive customer support system. With TalentEdge, it is exceptionally well. I would really like to congratulate and compliment their team, especially their customer support team because with them only we have been able to build the trust that we are continuing this relationship every year and signing the agreement every year. Otherwise, it would have been very difficult.

    Which other solutions did I evaluate?

    I have already mentioned that whatever improvements which are required are only on the costing part and the affordability part. Rest everything is fine, on the quality assurance and everything, it is absolutely fine and great.

    What other advice do I have?

    Scaling, bringing in efficiency, and costing all go hand in hand. If they can come up with a very good business model where it becomes extremely cost-affordable for small and marginal organizations, I think there is no need for further improvement, and I could give them 10 out of 10 at that point in time. The features, the proficiency, and the efficiency coming in the entire HR system and processing are phenomenal. Whatever features they are offering right now are something which is very unique and new, and clients are having very trusted feedback about that. This is helping us to bring in more clients, build more confidence, build more trust and rapport. I would give them 9 out of 10 for their current offerings.

    Their accuracy and reliability of output is approximately over 99% accurate in terms of giving the outcomes. In terms of reliability, it never lags, the system never crashes, the system never goes down, and it never dumps down. It is always very active, and 24/7 we have been able to reach out to their customer care and customer support system for going ahead with our resolution. Faster resolution is something which is actually pushing us and the organization to trust them every year and to bring them every year after signing the SLA and agreements.

    It has met our expectations because of the accuracy. Supposedly the kind of staff which are getting recruited and the people who are getting sourced from multiple profiles is definitely helping us out because it is very accurate. We are not getting any complaints from the exam takers that the system has crashed or has not calculated well. Everything is so transparent and quick results are coming for the candidates, due to which candidates are having a lot of reliability and confidence on the overall education system and on the overall exam and assessment evaluation system.

    Earlier, our manpower was wasting the actual intelligence of our staff by doing these activities which were manually very intensive and were not bringing in quality and accuracy. Now that manpower is actually utilized for some other decision-making tasks, and they are able to serve clients better in other ways. I rate this product 9 out of 10.

    What is our primary use case?

    Our organization is currently conducting significant development around EdTech platform linking and integration. We are attracting talent, primarily college youth, for placement and employment drives, including Rojgar Melas. A group within our organization works on the platform to bridge the disconnection between employers and candidates. We fix this bridge by incorporating TalentEdge features, which include the most advanced capabilities where enrolling candidates is straightforward on the platform. The platform performs quickly for us without any lag. We have achieved great success with onboarding candidates on the platform and linking them with their respective employers after setting up quick interviews and relevant placement drives.

    We conduct PAN India placement drives where we receive thousands of data records, sometimes in the hundreds of thousands. These large volumes of data are intensive in terms of feeding details into the system and analyzing how many male candidates there are, how many female candidates there are, how many are from science backgrounds, and how many belong to different other backgrounds. TalentEdge is currently performing exceptionally well with several AI features that we are using, which are highly customized to meet our specific ecosystem requirements. We have requested that the entire application be able to sort thousands of profiles and categorize them based on their demographics, prior expertise, and professional and educational qualifications. The sorting, grading of profiles, and identification of top-tier profiles that will achieve more than eighty percent on screening performed by the platform are various screening and pre-screening features that we are especially using when we screen thousands of candidates simultaneously for our state-wise and location-wise placement drives.

    What is most valuable?

    The best features are definitely the very fast processing of data that is being fed. The screening, selection, and entire profiling of profile data is very fast and very accurate. This is one of the most valuable aspects for our ecosystem, which is very difficult because there are many nuances attached to it based on the selection criteria. TalentEdge is achieving more than eighty to eighty-five percent success rate in terms of accurate selection and accurate screening of profiles. There is definitely a lot of trust in this platform, and I would say it is trustworthy because all of our learning management system platforms and our EdTech partners are very welcoming and inclined towards using TalentEdge. We have never faced any integration issue. Our partners are very welcoming whenever we discuss onboarding profiles on TalentEdge. Additionally, in the initial versions, they offered us discounted versions, which was very helpful for our small vendor partners.

    After the introduction of the platform, there has been a very focused approach to managing all activities. Earlier, there was a lot of mess that caused the team to get distracted very quickly and resulted in very little work completed in a day. Now, especially after introducing the platform, we have increased our operational efficiency by forty percent. There have been fewer mistakes and fewer audit processes. We are now being benchmarked in audit processes with A-plus marks because no inaccuracies have been found so far. Overall, this is a great efficient product that has led to a very focused approach in terms of managing teams. The overall efficiency has improved, which has led to better productivity for the entire organization and its people.

    What needs improvement?

    I would certainly prefer to see more advanced features that are AI-driven. This is definitely a prime use case for us because we deal with huge numbers that cannot be analyzed and evaluated without AI assistance. I would request that TalentEdge incorporates more humanized features in an AI-driven way. These customized requirements and specifications are aligned with our ecosystem needs. Otherwise, the platform is performing very well and there are no performance issues.

    I would want more AI-driven features with customized and optimized versions. We are currently working at the juncture of informal and formal systems, managing agricultural activities with very modern and rapid AI-driven interventions. Agriculture development with AI intervention requires more interaction with the team. I would request more aggressive conversation with their business team and IT team on a regular basis so that we can develop the best versions possible. Currently, we are experiencing somewhat laggard communication regarding overall development, but many advancements have already been witnessed that could provide significant momentum to our development activity. We need very aggressive conversation on those aspects so that we can build something very big and something very reliable.

    There are many improvements still needed. There are managerial issues that are part of any organization, but we would definitely benefit from more aggressive brainstorming around product development based on customized feedback received from partners and clients. Our team is ready with approximately fifty plus different ideas and pointers to discuss with their team and build upon their existing platform. However, this requires very aggressive conversations and brainstorming between the two teams. I definitely need more agile business teams from TalentEdge who can help us enable the platform and push it to a better version.

    Costing is definitely one thing that we have been discussing with their directors for quite some time. I would feel that costing for the initial versions and child login versions could be discounted. Additionally, there are specific features around multiple uploads of multiple learning management system portfolios that need improvement. Sometimes when a candidate is reading an LMS platform on TalentEdge and doing multiple attempts on multiple portfolios, the system breaks down or slows down. This happens because a lot of activity is occurring from one login with multiple portfolios being checked simultaneously. The system shows glitches and buffering issues. Performance-related technical issues could be resolved by making the system more flexible.

    We would require more AI-driven automation in terms of customized features, which we have already mentioned. The requirement is very much ready with us. We just need more creative minds working on it and building a very strong platform with customized requirements.

    It has been more than three years.

    What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    The initial integration was seamless. Before the initial integration, there were a few rough exercises that we conducted with their IT team and business handling team. Once all the requirements were properly fed to the system and given to their team, the integration became seamless. We are not facing any integration issues currently because we are working with twenty-seven plus EdTech partners and have not encountered any integration issues. Overall, the integration is going quite seamlessly.

    What was our ROI?

    TalentEdge has definitely led to significant savings in overall costing. To be honest, we have reduced our manpower from twelve to three. There has been a drastic reduction in manual interventions, manual efforts, and manpower that were doing repetitive and redundant activities every day just to put things into the system and analyze them. After the integration and involvement of TalentEdge, we have been very able to save money. There has been a lot of accuracy, reliability, and trustworthiness integrated into the system. We no longer receive complaints as we did earlier. Previously, manual intervention led to falsified information being fed into and analyzed by the system. Now it is quite accurate and there is more trust spreading in the ecosystem. Our clients are very happy, including government clients, private clients, and PSU clients who are extremely satisfied with how the placement drives are being run.

    We are now implementing our learning management system end-to-end on TalentEdge. We have been able to conduct many AI-designed activities that have led to approximately eighty percent reduction in overall cost compared to when people were doing it manually. There is no stress about faster working to deadlines and meeting them. Clients are very happy. Overall, this is a win-win situation for everyone using the platform.

    What other advice do I have?

    I would strongly recommend TalentEdge to others because of two very solid points. First, it is very easy to use. You do not need specific or different tutorials to learn how to navigate the platform. Even someone without a technical background but with overall strategic insights can work on it very easily. If you are clear in your mind about strategic working, then you can use the platform very easily. Second, they are offering significant discounts for initial trial versions. I always advise people to go for their trial versions first, adapt to its working, and understand the features. Ask more questions from their business team and resolve your doubts. Try to understand from them how best it could suit your needs and how you can integrate the platform into your system. If you are looking for strong, aggressive staffing requirements in terms of onboarding a large number of people in a short span of time, this is one of the most viable solutions. They have built trust and rapport. Today, if you ask people, I am sure one out of four will definitely speak very positively about them because they have proven their capabilities so far.

    I would say this is a master solution for all staffing requirement needs or AI innovation in staffing requirements. This is a go-to solution if you need a large number of human resources to be placed or onboarded for any of your business activities. This is one of the most reliable solutions. Overall, this has been a very good experience with them. I would give this review a rating of eight out of ten.
