What do you like best about the product?

very easy and intuitive, does not fail in sending logs.

What do you dislike about the product?

Difficult to say because I have only 2 months of managing the tool

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The backup is much more reliable,

You can create a developer key to create your own jobs based on the status of backups.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the backups stops working on my one Windows service until I reinstall the software. But this does not happen often.

Notifications on status of backup jobs.

The user interface is clearly laid out and easy to navigate. Setting up your jobs takes minutes to complete. The dockerized linux

I really cannot come up with anything to improve on.

Layering redundancy in our backup scheme. It allows targeted backup and restore of database, which is easier to accomplish in some ways than through legacy backup products

Beneficial stuff about SQLBak is it gives alot of space to restore data and backup of it.

Negligible disadvantage was immense data could not get backup.

Was trying to restore database and it helped me a lot with ease .

Backup.

What do you like best about the product?

The tool is very simple to install n configure with options for secondary storage , it's a blessing for system administration team. What else could you ask for.

I wish they can expand the list include more databases and don't mark Entire backup failed if one location fails 5o store.

What do you dislike about the product?

Marking entire backup exercise as Failed if any additional storage fails. For me if backup is completed on one location it's successful and a warning can be shown for any location failure.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralized Backup Monitoring and intimation has taken away entire manual effort n it's really a peace of mind. We review weekly report n act if something needs action.

Easy setup, support multiple database and storage type

Sometime backup not working but it does matter because has mail notification

I don't need pay any thing to build backup system, backup and storage in another server reduce resources system.

What do you like best about the product?

SqlBak is straight forward ,easy to use, and does exactly what we expect it to do. Above all of that the price is so convenient

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing that i can recall. Maybe the error logs when a database failure happens can be displayed in a shorter way instead of showing very long exception details, and then i can see the detailed error if needed.
Still, i'm fine with it

SqlBak is backing up our production databases , zipping and uploading the zip to our cloud storage.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

SqlBak is easy to use, exceeds your expectations. It occasionally gets new updates that are helpful too.
The price/quality is perfect! I do recommend it and never hesitated to do so .

What do you like best about the product?

Easy to use. Cheap to run. I have not had any issues using SqlBak for years. The issues I have had have been with my back up destinations such as OneDrive rather and they can't be blamed for that. Whenever I have had a question, they have been quick to respond and sort out any issues with my account so my support experience has been fantastic.

What do you dislike about the product?

I literally cannot think of anything that I don't like about SqlBak.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I back up my business-critical SQL Server that is hosted on Prem. I back it up to two offsite locations and one onsite all through SqlBak. I can sleep easy knowing the data is there in case anything was ever to happen to it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Just give it a try. It may not be for you depending on your use case but if you just want SQL Server backed up to several locations then I can't fault the product in any way.

The easy setup and monitoring of the dashboard

Nothing at all it works perfectly for my company

Being able to backup Sql databases for our customers and having a copy on the local machine and a copy sent up to our Dropbox saves me time and man hours in accomplishing this task.
