Top-of-mind questions for buyers
The Free dimension covers one server and two databases. You install a lightweight app on that server and connect it to your SqlBak account. It runs as a background service. If you need to connect more servers, you would contact the vendor about other options.
The Free dimension sends backups to a local or network folder, an external HDD or NAS, and to certain cloud storage targets. Backups are encrypted and uploaded directly from your own server, so they bypass SqlBak's servers. Your database credentials stay stored on your server.
The Free dimension keeps backup history for one month. It sends server-down alerts every 60 minutes and includes a server health check. It also provides AES encryption for your backup files. These limits define what the no-cost dimension delivers on AWS Marketplace.

You can create a developer key to create your own jobs based on the status of backups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the backups stops working on my one Windows service until I reinstall the software. But this does not happen often.

The user interface is clearly laid out and easy to navigate. Setting up your jobs takes minutes to complete. The dockerized linux

I really cannot come up with anything to improve on.

Layering redundancy in our backup scheme. It allows targeted backup and restore of database, which is easier to accomplish in some ways than through legacy backup products
