Effortless Customization, Streamlined Sales Management

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the configuration in HubSpot Sales Hub. It's just drag and drop, which makes it very simple and easy to use. In other CRMs, I had to call technical support to get everything configured, but with HubSpot, I can easily customize my dashboard by drag and drop, and if I change my mind, I can do it again without any hassle. This flexibility makes it very easy for me as every salesperson has different things they want to see on their dashboard. Also, I don't have to remember things on my own because all the information I need to keep on my clients is stored in one convenient place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say maybe to have a color option. I'm a person that uses colors for different things, and so having a color option would make it easier for me to spot certain things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track my messages and client interactions, generate reports, and stay focused. It centralizes all client information, so I don't have to remember it all myself.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use compared to other CRM. The added AI feature allows for a smooth introduction with new hires.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coming from SFDC, it does not offer as many features. I would like a mapping tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all the Territory Managers contacts and accounts in one area, allows for easy reporting and keeping track of piplines

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is an AIO CRM tool that allows us to stay on top of our prospects without needing to go to multiple different websites to track the lifecycle of a customer
What do you dislike about the product?
Well many of the features are appreciated, I think HubSpot suffers from trying to do too much. There's many features that are completely useless, and some that WOULD be great but they're buggy / poorly developed. They also frequently re-work the UI which makes it confusing to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is our source of truth for prospects and customer journeys. It's solving our problem of tracking how prospects are funnelling through our pipeline and assisting us in closing future deals faster. It's also helpful to give us reminders of who needs to be reached out to.

HubSpot’s Outlook Sales Extension Makes Follow-Ups Effortless

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hubspot is the Sales extension in Outlook. It makes it so easy to set a reminder to follow up with a client when emailing them straight from the email iteself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Deals feature could use some improvements. Not sure when it was last updated but it seems quite dated compared to other CRMs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the troubles of losing opportunities by utilizing the reminder/task feature. Making it easy to create tasks and deals is the reason I use HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the organizing construct and the recent UI overhaul. I find the new UI to be more intuitive, and the organizing construct, once you get how all the objects work, makes it easy to navigate to the right information quickly. The initial setup was quick and easy, pretty painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function has gotten better, but I wish it were smarter. I still feel like it surfaces other results than the one that I'm looking for with regularity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run our entire two-company sales motion out of HubSpot Sales Hub.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great for sales reporting and to manage all our sales operations within it. The UI is very easy to use, the AI features are brilliant and we can check Sales Performance using reports

Nothing it's a great product and has everything we need

It's enabling us to keep track of our sales pipeline and see what we've got coming in. It also means we can keep all of our sales operations in one place and have a top level view of everything that's going on across our team

What do you like best about the product?
I think HubSpot Sales Hub gives me the opportunity to look at clients who are already interested in my platform, which helps me focus on warm clients and save time from sourcing for the best clients. This feature helps me be able to increase my sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it was a bit overwhelming to have so much information. Just having a more clear dashboard. Having a clearer dashboard would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to identify warm clients interested in our platform, reducing time spent sourcing and helping me increase sales.

All-in-One Sales Hub with Good Support, but Complex and Pricey

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest benefit we’ve found is being able to bring all our sales-related activities into one place, whether that’s the initial lead, a demo recording transcript, emails, or post-sale engagement. Having a range of integrations with Fathom, Office 365, and other associated plugins makes the whole process feel seamless once everything is configured. Their Support and Onboarding services have also been solid, and they’re always happy to help when we need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel overly complicated and seems to rely too heavily on additional fields. It also doesn’t appear to offer a native “Proposal” solution. The UI/UX can be difficult to understand at times, and the product can feel slow to use. On top of that, it’s quite highly priced and limits you to a minimum of five users. We’ve also found little use for their AI throughout the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our core sales tool for prospecting and nurturing deals.

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for CRM tracking and relationship management and it solves the problems of having an organized and clean CRM. I like that it allows me to streamline outreach and keep track of my partners effectively. The ease of use stands out to me—I previously worked at a company that used Salesforce, and I much prefer HubSpot Sales Hub. I also think the sequencing and activity tracking are especially clear and easy to use, which is crucial for managing a bulk of partners and keeping track of outreach. It helps me stay relevant to our prospects. Additionally, I found it easy to learn and set up for my role.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think tying accounts to contacts, most specifically identifying duplicate accounts. I have hit that issue before where multiple accounts under the same domain get created and aren't flagged. That makes it tricky to accurately manage relationships and brands if multiple people work the same account because they don't know the other exists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub organizes our CRM, streamlines outreach, and helps me track partners effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Sales Hub mainly for its decentralization. It's basically like, I can just keep all my stuff there, making it easy to centralize all deal-related activities. Also, the task tracker is something I find valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is just wonky. I don't particularly like it. I think you'd never really see the amount of information you would normally see, if the UI was just better designed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me track my deal progress and centralize all deal-related activities.
