Seamless Ticket Escalations, Though the UI Can Feel Clunky

    Reviewed on Oct 13, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to escalate tickets directly to relevant team members in Service Hub instead of using Slack for everything. Notifications can go to my email and in-app, so nothing gets missed and no threads go unnoticed. The interface is otherwise very organized, and I can customize it. The setup was easy and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find the user interface clunky. I’d like fewer options in some views, though everything is customizable, so I could resolve that internally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to organize customer success support tickets and make sure no threads go unnoticed.

Flexible & feature-rich, sequences feel redundant. Not for marketers lacking implementation XP.

    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
All the features and capabilities available. It is very flexible and can be crafted to each businesses operational model. The association between objects keeps structure clean and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably sequences, they seem like an unnecessary and underutilized tool when a user becomes fluent in workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It hasn't solved any for us yet and truthfully developed more work and management. I believe this is due to the long learning curves with an extremely lean team, and combat of team members who try to implement the old CRM approach in HubSpot. It has made us more aware and diligent about a prospect/lead lifecycle from awareness to customer with an active contact/order. I guess the primary problem it is helping with is showing that we have a lot to learn about sales and marketing approach, lots of growth and optimization to undergo.

Simple to Use, Easy to Navigate, and Truly Self-Serving

    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is actually simple to use and very easy to navigate. I find answers to be self serving and I am less frequently using help and chat to get results as vs the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most CRM's. there are a lot of features that go un-used either due to lack of knowledge, too many moving parts for 1 prrson to handle or even too much cost associated to it to enable the feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tasking and prospecting organization is a key benefit. Tracking lead and deal flow as the leads/prospect trickle down the funnel is fantastic

Intuitive CRM with Sequence Improvement Needs

    Reviewed on Oct 07, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub helps me keep track of all my stuff since I can get lost easily. It helps me stay focused and prevents things from falling through the cracks. The AI and visual layout of the pipeline have been helpful in winning deals I might have otherwise missed. I also find it easy to see what stage deals are at without having to read much or rely on reports. Additionally, I appreciate its intuitive nature, even though I was new to it after using Salesforce previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint is the difficulty in updating sequences. When I want to change a step from manual to automated, it requires creating a full new step. I wish it was simpler to switch without undergoing the entire process. It seems a bit overly complicated, and I'm surprised it's not easier. Maybe I'm missing something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage deals, track pipelines, and automate sequences for marketing. The AI and visual layout help me stay organized, keeping everything from falling through the cracks and ultimately aiding in winning deals.

    Capable Sales Platform

    Reviewed on Oct 07, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is how it brings our sales activity, contacts, companies, deals, and reporting into one place. The integrations and automation capabilities have also helped us reduce manual work and create more consistent sales processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is that some useful functionality is locked behind higher-tier products or additional HubSpot hubs. We have also found that certain integrations, reporting options, and automation workflows can be more restrictive than expected, which sometimes requires workarounds or third-party tools. Quoting and invoicing in particular could be more flexible for Sales Hub users without requiring additional products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is helping us centralize our sales process and reduce the amount of information spread across different systems. It gives our team better visibility into contacts, companies, deals, activities, and pipeline performance in one place.

Clear Pipelines and Easy Meeting Booking

    Reviewed on Oct 06, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The sales process lives in the same system as everything else. Deal pipelines with clear stages and win probabilities show where every deal stands. Meeting links with round-robin make booking discovery calls easy. Workflows run follow-up and nurture automatically when a deal stalls or closes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Meeting scheduling can't route prospects by location, even on higher tiers. A round-robin page only splits meetings evenly, so we built a routing form in front of three separate links to get territory-based booking. Some automation behaviour is also surprising. Switching on a workflow doesn't enrol records that already match, and the existing ones need a separate manual step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub gives us one shared view of every deal through staged pipelines with win probabilities, so leadership and reps see the same status. Meeting links with territory routing and round-robin remove scheduling back-and-forth for discovery calls. Workflows automatically nurture stalled and closed-lost deals, so follow-up doesn't depend on anyone remembering. Because sales sits in the same portal as onboarding and delivery, a client's record carries through without retyping.

User-Friendly, Reliable, and Backed by Fantastic Support

    Reviewed on Oct 06, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
    The usability of it all.

The user experience and interface are very user-friendly, especially when compared to other products on the market. Having multiple types of custom fields—such as drop-downs and selectors—makes the whole experience easier. For example, if you try to do an inline edit, the system clearly explains why you can’t edit that field inline.

In general, HubSpot works. And when it doesn’t, it’s really good at telling you why, and what you can do to fix it.

Integrations are great, too. Using different apps and integrations is usually straightforward, and for someone like me who doesn’t have a background in coding, being able to get things done through the various wizards is a big plus.

Performance-wise, I’ve had apprehensions in the past—specifically with report builders where I’ve experienced slowdowns. But in later iterations, that just hasn’t been an issue.

Support and onboarding are consistently fantastic. You’re given dedicated individuals who, if they don’t know the answer, will always help you find the right person to speak to.

The AI intelligence with Breeze AI feels undersold. It’s a fantastic tool, and I’d love to see it implemented in more areas within the platform. More prompts to use it, along with examples of what it can do, would help—especially examples of how we can improve the data, information, and overall usage of HubSpot to better support it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The regular changing and updating of the user interface can be generally frustrating.

Relocating features, buttons and links is frustrating. Especially in relation to internal training and internal how-tos for HubSpot. It often leads to confrontation with the users, as the training information and screenshots are made obsolete without any real notice, meaning all of our training materials need to be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub brings customer data and deal pipelines into one system, helping eliminate data silos across the team. That centralization improves visibility into sales progress, supports more accurate forecasting, and makes it easier to track deals quickly as they move through stages. It also automates routine work such as logging interactions and scheduling follow-ups, which reduces manual CRM entry and frees up time for higher-value tasks.

From a sales operations perspective, Sales Hub’s reporting and leaderboard features make territory performance and rep productivity easier to measure and manage. Pipeline governance is clearer as well—you can see where deals are getting stuck and spot coaching opportunities sooner. Deal-creation and account-management workflows add less friction to how reps move work through the CRM, which in turn improves data quality and makes reporting more reliable.

The mobile app helps keep the team connected when they’re away from their desks, and the native email and calendar integrations reduce context-switching. For teams working across multiple regions or operating with more complex territory models, the customizable field structure and user permissions support scaled governance without slowing down the sales motion.

Seamless Setup, But Interface Lag Needs Improvement

    Reviewed on Oct 06, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how the setup of HubSpot Sales Hub went more smoothly than I had budgeted for, which was a significant relief. The clean interface made transitioning away from spreadsheets much easier for my sales team, since they could adapt to it without much prompting. I love that I can build my own views and custom properties without needing to contact IT, allowing our sales pipeline to reflect our real selling process. Integrating Aircall so that client calls and recordings automatically land on the deal record, and using Jotform Sign for getting proposals countersigned within the pipeline, has been incredibly beneficial for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lag is my one standing complaint. On accounts with heavy histories, moving between associated contacts and deal records, the interface stalls just long enough to break my train of thought while I am preparing for a forecast review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps me associate contacts with deals, spot unengaged stakeholders, and customize our pipeline to fit our sales process, improving team coaching. The interface makes transition from spreadsheets easy and doesn't require IT for adjustments. Setup was smoother than expected.

All-in-One Sales CRM That Keeps Our Team Organized

    Reviewed on Oct 05, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is having everything in one place. Our contacts, emails, meetings and deals all live in the same CRM, so I never have to jump between tools to understand where a prospect stands. Email tracking and saved templates make outreach fast, and I can see right away when someone opens an email so I know when to follow up. Sequences take care of most of our routine follow-ups automatically, and the meetings link lets prospects book time with us without the back-and-forth. The deal pipeline board gives our team a clear, visual view of every opportunity by stage, and the forecasting and reporting dashboards make our weekly pipeline reviews much quicker. After using it for over a year, it has become the central hub for how our sales team works.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub. The only small thing is that with so many features available, it can take a little time at the start to explore everything and set it up the way your team wants. Once it is configured, though, it runs smoothly and we rarely run into any issues in day-to-day use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HubSpot Sales Hub, we ran our sales process on our own in-house CRM. It covered the basics, but keeping it updated took a lot of manual effort, and emails, meetings and deal notes often lived outside it, which made it hard to know who had followed up with whom and where each deal really stood. Sales Hub solved that by bringing everything into one connected CRM. Every email, meeting and deal update is logged automatically against the contact, so the whole team works from the same up-to-date picture. Sequences and email templates have cut down the manual follow-up work, the meetings tool removed the scheduling back-and-forth, and the pipeline and forecasting views help us spot stalled deals early and plan more accurately. We also no longer spend time maintaining our own system. Overall, it has made our sales process more organized, consistent and easier to manage.
