Strong account identification and omni-channel tracking, but segmentation takes effort
Reviewed on Sep 17, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps me understand my target market, identify the right accounts, and track customer engagement across multiple channels. Used together, it supports more informed decision-making, sharper targeting, and more effective sales and marketing strategies overall. The AI also helped me quickly identify relevant accounts and highlight useful insights for targeting, and the account view felt complete and useful. The buying intent signals are usually very reliable and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main frustration is that segmentation and customization can be time-consuming, and it’s difficult to manage them accurately without a lot of effort. With AI, there were times when the recommendations lacked enough context, so I still had to manually verify the information before taking action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me quickly identify relevant accounts and surface useful insights I could use for targeting. It also helped with understanding the target market, finding the right accounts, and tracking engagement across channels, which supports more informed decision-making and sharper targeting.

Great account view and topic insights, but intent spikes and alerts can be misleading
Reviewed on Sep 15, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like the complete and useful account view. The keyword clustering and surging topic data are fantastic for catching accounts early in their buying journey. It also successfully aligns sales and marketing on the same target accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The intent signals and alerts can be unreliable. We once had an enterprise account show a huge spike in intent and engagement that triggered a high-priority alert, but after I spent a lot of time tailoring a hyper-specific campaign it was really a waste of time. Bridging the gap between account-level insights and individual contact execution also remains a bit disconnected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gave my team a complete and useful account view, and the keyword clustering and surging topic data helped us catch accounts early in their buying journey. It also helped align sales and marketing on the same target accounts.

Complete account view with reliable intent signals and better sales-marketing alignment
Reviewed on Sep 15, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives a complete and useful account view, and the buying intent signals help me find in-market accounts very reliably. It also helped marketing and sales act together and feel much better aligned. Ease of use, setup, customization, market insights, and support have all been solid for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Predictive scoring, revenue planning, and email campaigns haven’t met my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve been able to get a complete, useful view of accounts, identify in-market accounts very reliably using intent signals, and get marketing and sales much better aligned.

Strong intent and unified account view, but enrichment gaps and limited sales-marketing coordination
Reviewed on Sep 09, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Combining Market Insights, Lead Analysis, and Account Identification completely transformed our GTM execution by eliminating the guesswork from prospecting. Instead of cold-calling blind, our sales reps get real-time alerts on which target accounts are actively researching our category, along with the exact decision-maker details needed to reach out with personalized messaging. I also value the unified account profiles that consolidate intent signals, CRM history, and web engagement into a single source of truth, so sales and marketing can identify in-market accounts and run coordinated, tailored outreach without toggling between disconnected tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI and enrichment aren’t always accurate. In one case, contact-level enrichment missed a recent executive transition, so our automated sequence briefly went to a former VP and we had to manually intervene to redirect outreach to the new decision-maker. Also, despite the promise of coordinated account-based advertising and sales engagement, we saw no improvement in how marketing and sales acted together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminated guesswork from prospecting and helped us engage high-intent prospects at the exact moment they’re ready to buy. The intent signals usually surfaced in-market accounts before they ever filled out a form, letting us jump in early with timely outreach. Overall it significantly shortened our deal cycles and boosted conversion rates.

Seamless and All-in-One Account Intelligence That Simplifies Targeting
Reviewed on Sep 01, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
I recently used Demandbase One with one of my clients after we switched from another platform, and the best part for me has been the seamless usability. Even if you are completely new to it, the platform does not feel too difficult to navigate. It took me very little time to understand where things were and start exploring the different features.
I particularly like having so much available within one platform. Account intelligence, intent data, engagement insights, advertising, audience building and reporting are all there. For example, instead of manually going through a long list of target accounts, we can look at intent and engagement signals and quickly identify which accounts are actually showing interest. It makes prioritisation much easier and saves a fair amount of research time.
Performance has also been quite consistent for us. Even when moving between different account views, reports and data, I have not experienced any major issues that disrupted my work. The integrations are another plus because Demandbase can fit into the existing sales and marketing setup rather than requiring you to change the whole workflow.
I am also finding the AI and intelligence capabilities useful, especially for understanding account activity and identifying where the team should focus next. It helps make the large amount of available data more practical.
The support during the transition was helpful as well. Moving from another platform always comes with questions, so having guidance while getting familiar with the system made the onboarding process smoother.
Overall, I think the value comes from having so many capabilities together. It reduces the need for multiple separate tools and makes everyday account research, targeting and decision-making much simpler.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I feel Demandbase One could improve is the amount of information you see on the platform. Having so much data in one place is definitely useful, but sometimes it can also feel like too much, especially when you are still learning the platform. There have been times when I only wanted to check a few specific account insights but ended up going through several data points before finding exactly what I needed.
The reporting and filtering options could also be a little simpler. You can customise quite a lot, which is good, but setting up the exact view or report you need can take some time initially. Once you understand how everything works, it becomes much easier, but I think the learning process could be smoother.
Another thing I noticed after switching from our previous platform is that getting everything set up exactly according to your existing workflow requires some effort. The integrations are useful, but you still need to spend time configuring things properly and making sure the data is flowing as expected.
I would also like to see more guidance directly within some of the advanced features. The support team has been helpful whenever we needed assistance, but having more contextual tips within the platform itself could reduce the need to reach out for smaller questions.
Lastly, the platform offers a lot of capabilities, so you may not end up using everything you are paying for. For smaller teams in particular, this can make the pricing feel a little high if they only need a few of the core features.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One is mainly solving the problem of having account data scattered across different tools and then spending too much time trying to understand which accounts actually deserve attention. For one of my clients, this was particularly useful because we had a large number of target accounts, but not every account was showing the same level of interest.
Now, instead of simply working through a list, we can look at intent signals, engagement and account activity to understand where there is more potential. For example, if an account suddenly starts researching relevant topics or engaging more with our content, we can identify that activity and prioritise it rather than discovering it much later.
It has also reduced some of the manual research involved in understanding accounts. Having account intelligence, intent data, advertising and analytics connected in one platform gives both sales and marketing a more consistent view of what is happening.
Another benefit for us has been better alignment between teams. Marketing can see which accounts are engaging, while sales can use the same information to decide where and when to follow up. This makes conversations around account prioritisation much easier.
For me, the biggest benefit is time. We are spending less time gathering information from different places and more time actually using that information. It has made account targeting more focused and the overall workflow much more organised.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
To enhance the user experience, Demandbase One could consider simplifying the interface to make it more intuitive for new users. Providing more in-platform guidance and contextual tips could help users navigate the platform more efficiently without needing to reach out for support frequently. Additionally, offering tiered pricing options could make the platform more accessible to smaller teams who may not require all the advanced features.

DemandBase One Delivers Powerful Audience & Paid Search Intelligence
Reviewed on Jun 17, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I adopted DemandBase One for its audience intelligence platform, which has genuinely helped us better understand our target customers’ behavior. I also really like using the paid search intelligence feature, since it provides us with valuable insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wanting to use the premium functionality also comes with an increase in the licensing costs, which isn't the cup of tea for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previously poor prioritization of development initiatives has been outweighed by the account engagement data, since it helps align product improvements with actual business demand. We also no longer have to deal with inaccurate information, because it has significantly improved the reliability of both our technical and business decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
With Demandbase One, we get sales and marketing under one roof, which helps us gain insights into product scoring, account targeting, and advertising overall. The reports and dashboard features are my favourite because they show web visits and ad reach instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with other apps is generally good, but sometimes the deeper integration process becomes buggy. I’ve seen duplicate accounts appear, and the resulting sync issues can get very complex to sort out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Web customization is the biggest issue I face in the B2B industry. In that sense, Demandbase One helps eliminate this challenge, and its AI insights suggest how to tailor the website to customer requirements to support revenue growth.

Powerful Metrics, Steep Learning Curve
Reviewed on Jun 17, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the unified dashboard of Demandbase One which keeps me up to date about the advertising reach and website visitors all the time. I like its way of providing all the details of client visits and ad reach on the dashboard continuously.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a dense product and UI is not user-friendly; only pro people can use it because it has so many tabs and menu options. The UI should be very simple, and configuration should be very quick for building a strong bond between Demandbase One and the user. The initial setup is only done with the help of customer support and the IT team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Demandbase One to analyze advertising and track customer behavior in real-time. It helps identify real buyers, automates ad display when they visit our site, and provides AI suggestions for next steps.

What do you like best about the product?
It unifies all my accounts and marketing journeys into a single source, so I don’t have to juggle multiple apps. I can easily identify anonymous profiles and focus only on real buyer accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a premium tool for managing large B2B datasets, but it’s very expensive to purchase and requires an experienced operations team to run it properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbse One data tells us who is visiting our website and what their requirements are, so we can customize our product and ad campaigns with the help of AI analysis.
