What do you like best about the product?

It is very easy to get the current market salary data. The search function is very nice.

What do you dislike about the product?

Did not find any, very intutive to use it

We had scattered data for our jobs. With the help of salary.com, we are confident with our offers

What do you like best about the product?

I like that I am able to compare in-house salaries with private and public companies as well as regional as well. I use the CompAnalyst Market data to compare working titles that are similar to the one's at my company. This allows me to tailor positions so they are competitive.

What do you dislike about the product?

The CompAnalyst AI agent is not very helpful. I used it twice and I either received no answer or I received an answer that did not pertain to the question that I asked. I wasted tokens on the AI agent.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of creating brand new positions that did not exist before in my organization. There was a department that wanted to recruit for a position that had no history with their team and with Salary.com, I was able to type in working titles that were similar with the position and compare position descriptions, base salary, job level, and job titles to help in creating the new position.

What do you like best about the product?

It gives great over view of hiring across the US and broken into specific areas if needed. You can see the level of expertise the role has as well as the total comp. The updated AI can really help you streamline your ask.

What do you dislike about the product?

It is not helpful for a global level so those data points need to be gathered in a different platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It provides compensation data that helps us support pay equity, stay current with pay trends, and maintain consistency across commission and bonus structures (total compensation), as well as overall pay transparency.

I like the AI tools they are experimenting with

What do you dislike about the product?

It's reputation can be a bit challenging since some people at our organization view it as crowd sourced data that should not be utilized but this is not the case. Sending that message could be difficult.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's solves the issue of helping me figure out how to pay a role relative to market data plus it's great import capabilities allow me to maintain my organization's pay grade structure with relatively low effort.

Really impressed with the platform! The technology feels modern, the integration of cutting-edge AI is a huge plus, and the interface is exceptionally intuitive to use

The database and the range of participating companies could be broader.

Salary.com solves core HR pain points by replacing outdated, manual salary surveys with real-time, HR-verified market data. It gives us total visibility through a centralized, transparent platform where every decision is traceable

The analysis that's provided and depth of the database

It is not the most intuitive user design

helps us with creating more equitable compensation structures by evaluating it against national trends for organizations of our size for the roles we hire

Being able to customize jobs when using Companalyst.

Too many popups trying to upsale their products.

Helping to become competitive in what we are paying employees.

It's a friendly user interface. Similar to other platforms but more affordable. What makes me think about recommending the platform is that the information for non-profits is not extensive; this duplicates the work and makes it harder to compare and have accurate information for decision-making.

Nonprofit surveys. The data is not extensive enough to make credible comparisons or for an accurate decision-making process

I'm using the platform for internal Salary study

It is extremely customizable for your organization/business. Every data point is adjustable based on your geographic region, other scope factors, and position descriptions.

What do you dislike about the product?

The amount of metrics and dashboards can be a bit overwhelming; I could spend hours reading them every day but just don't have the capacity to.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been fortunate not to have any problems lately.

The Market Research feature is very helpful for benchmarking roles. I also really like the AI features, which help expedite the search process.

What do you dislike about the product?

Account Manager support. The meetings have not been very helpful
