What do you like best about the product?

We use it for comp analysis. It is really great because you can create a custom scope of the info on your company (size, industry, location, etc.) that makes it fast to find the exact comp range for the position you need.

What do you dislike about the product?

It could be a bit more user friendly. If you are reviewing multiple positions and need to change something (like how many direct reports) it makes you do it per position and not for the search overall.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to pull comp analysis really fast while being customizable and providing small job descriptions to help compare.

What do you like best about the product?

Easy to check for updates to market. And, the ability to define and combine jobs for salary ranges.

What do you dislike about the product?

The constant email reach outs. I am happy with the product I purchased.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Compensation setting. I would like to see more Canadian content though.

The data is up to date and the easy of use of the platform. I also love the AI solid value

Before the AI aspect was incorporated I did not like that some positions could not be found. Now you can get AI support to help align factors to match duties and responsibilities

Helps us keep our clients competitive in their industry and location. Helps with retention and job hiring.

The platform is extremely user friendly.

There are not always roles that are analogous to the position I am trying to benchmark.

It is helping us align to our pay philosophy of paying at or slightly above market.

Sometimes some job descriptions or titles are limited to just general titles.

It helps our time find job descriptions that best fit our organization.

I love that Salary.com is intuitive and easy to use. I also appreciate the excellent service team, which is always there to guide me when I can't find what I need.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish there were more load features for being able to build job architectures or get full analysis across your populations, but that only comes with the more expensive packages. I'd like to be able to load an Excel spreadsheet of all of our employees and their pay data so that salary ranges could be built and the connection automatically aligned without having to have the more expensive package.

I use Salary.com for benchmarking compensation. It offers a vast array of positions to benchmark against, aligns job descriptions based on keywords, and is easy and intuitive to use.

I really appreciate how helpful the reps are, and how user-friendly the product is overall.

It takes a bit of time to get familiar with it.

I like its ease of use and the valuable information it provides. It helps me with analyzing salaries across the US and gives insights into employee compensation, ensuring I compensate my employees appropriately. Salary.com also helps in creating salary bands and offers a space to address current payroll issues. The job matching feature works really well too. The initial setup was easy, and any help I needed was graciously provided by their support.
