Getting Started with AWS AppFabric

AWS AppFabric is a service that quickly connects multiple software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications to enhance security and increase productivity.

IT and security professionals use AppFabric to connect many different SaaS applications to monitor application logs for security issues and enhance their security observability. Application developers use AppFabric’s productivity features to provide generative AI-driven insights and actions directly in their SaaS application user interface (UI), enhancing their new or existing generative AI assistants.

Step 1 - Sign up for an Amazon Web Services account

Create an AWS account

Create an AWS account for free in the AWS Management Console. Then navigate to AWS AppFabric

Connect and authorize your SaaS applications

IT administrators provide credentials and authorization tokens to connect their SaaS applications to AppFabric. Learn more about each supported application in the AWS AppFabric Administration Guide.

Start using AWS AppFabric

Once your SaaS applications are authorized, begin using AppFabric features to enhance your security.

Calling AppFabric's generative AI-powered APIs

Application developers interested in embedding AWS AppFabric productivity features into their application can start by calling the CreateAppClient API using any common programming language (e.g., Java, Python) to register their application.
