Wayne Duso helps businesses deliver disruptive and customer-obsessed solutions. As a Vice President at AWS, Wayne leads the AWS Boston regional development center, which he founded in 2013. He serves on many advisory boards, including as executive advisor for Advancing Woman in Product (AWIP). Prior to AWS, Wayne held senior leadership roles in product development, product management, and business development. He has a B.Sc in Computer Science and an M.Sc in Computer Systems Engineering and attended executive education programs at MIT and Babson College. Wayne holds over 40 patents in distributed and highly available computer systems, digital video processing, and file systems.

Neelam Sandhu is the Chief Marketing & Elite Customer Success Officer at BlackBerry. She leads relationships with BlackBerry’s top customers, helping them uncover long-term competitive advantages from the breadth and depth of the platform. She also oversees corporate sustainability. Neelam has held various positions since joining BlackBerry in 2009 and serves on the board of AFCEA DC and chairs the Consumer Technology Association’s Artificial Intelligence Committee. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Leicester, and an Executive Certification in Financial Analysis from the University of California at Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Neelam won the FedScoop Best Bosses in Federal IT award in 2022.

Dave Mun is the SVP of Insights & Client Engagement at RBC Personal & Commercial Banking (P&CB). He oversees teams responsible for personalized experiences through connecting data and creativity across RBC Platforms. Dave was previously responsible for P&CB’s Strategy and Transformation direction and has held several roles at RBC over 23 years. He sits on the Board of Dixon Hall Neighbourhood Services and served on Google Cloud’s Smart Analytics Advisory Board. Dave holds an undergraduate degree in Life Sciences from Queen’s University and a Masters in Management and Accounting from the University of Toronto. He lives in Toronto with his family.

Bob Blainey joined RBC in 2017 after a distinguished 27-year career at IBM, where he was appointed an IBM Fellow in 2011. At RBC, Bob created the API program and led the P&CB architecture team, driving innovation in product development. In 2021, he became the first RBC Fellow and shifted his focus to scaling up the practice and impact of artificial intelligence across RBC, known as the RBC Brain. Bob is a frequent collaborator with universities and technology companies, and passionate about educating young people in science and technology.
