What do you like best about the product?
I use MSP360 Backup to keep our company’s data safe and secure. I like how reliable and easy it is to use. Backing up files across devices and the cloud is simple, and knowing I can quickly restore data whenever I need gives me real peace of mind. It helps keep backups organized and ensures our data stays protected. It’s reliable, easy to use, and makes backing up and restoring data simple, which is why I’d definitely recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I’ve noticed with MSP360 Backup is that the initial setup can feel a bit technical, especially for new users. Some of the backup settings and scheduling options could be more intuitive to make everything easier to manage.

The 2FA process is a bit cumbersome as it takes multiple steps.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate MSP360 Backup for its ease of use, which makes it extremely simple to set up without any difficulty. The ability to perform daily backups and easily restore data is invaluable to me. I also like the feature that allows me to send backups to Wasabi, which fits well with my setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that encryption wasn't included on the home plan.

What do you like best about the product?
Its an easy to implement feature rich software can be integrated with google which can be used frequently
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative that can be thought of .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can be used to backup VM and both file level backup which can be used to backup both work and home data with ease. Its interfaces are easy to use and can be used with multiple hosts such an Vmware and HyperV which is a great convinience. Further this helps to backup multiple types such as hard disk backup, network backup, fileset back in a single tool which is great to see.
