    Integration with our multi-vendor platform; strength of partnership; and a consistently positive, solution-oriented team at Cyara
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Somewhat costly load testing, required on an annual basis
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Daily application health checks and periodic load testing, which helps ensure the capacity and integrity of our environment in advance of annual high-volume production

    What do you like best about the product?
    Scheduling test campaigns and being able to multi-task while testing is running. Cyara also works to continually improve the product.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Would like to see improvements in test "retries" in campaigns, and in identifying Text to Speech vs. Audio Files in results.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    More consistent testing across sprints. More efficient use of time while testing is running. We are able to test more with fewer resources.

    The hight value for the end customer is to have a real picture on "what if" the platform is stressed. The performance test is useful to figure out the problems on platform and on carrier side

    I think that the user interface can be improved

    Cyara itself is very intuitive, easy to use and self explanatory. the team are very keen on upskilled and are often quick to respond and assist with any and all queries
    What do you dislike about the product?
    support team in the past have often use the cliched "have you switched it off and on" routine when raising complex queries, attempting basic trouble shooting for the inexperienced use when speaking/interacting with some one who has a better understanding of cyara
