Cyara itself is very intuitive, easy to use and self explanatory. the team are very keen on upskilled and are often quick to respond and assist with any and all queries

support team in the past have often use the cliched "have you switched it off and on" routine when raising complex queries, attempting basic trouble shooting for the inexperienced use when speaking/interacting with some one who has a better understanding of cyara
