    What do you like best about the product?
    There are many things which i liked, first it very ease to understand, and implementation part was also easy without putting much efforts. It also got integrate with our internal systems. Features are too many we are using the features and there are many more to explore. We use it frequency almost every 2 or 3 days we use it and whenever we get stuck in something we get help and support from your customer representative.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    We have been using it from past few months. So far its helping us in our work. Still we have not found any such things which we dislike. We found it to be very helpfull.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We are an IT professionals and we use this system for our clients. Its been purchased by clients we only use it for there benefits. It helps us in making decisions as well as in AWS market place, basicly it helps us in understanding and in getting clearity before taking any desicions.
