What do you like best about the product?
I use Bright Data to collect information on firm strategies related to job postings. I find it extremely valuable because it provides data that's hard to obtain otherwise, highly reducing my workload by not having to create a web scraper from scratch. I like that the datasets are already set up and searchable. I also appreciate that Bright Data has AI features for filtering, which makes initial data overview processes much faster and more efficient. The DeepLook feature is great for taking an in-depth look at data varieties. Additionally, the scale of the data is impressive, helping to measure phenomena not easily captured by traditional surveys. I find the initial setup to be super easy and intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Bright Data is. The interface is very clean and easy to navigate. I also appreciate that Bright Data always delivers some cool stuff, like preparing the SERP scraping infrastructure using different AI tools, which is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think that it will be fair to say that something is bad on the Bright Data's side. Overall, you just need to have at least some level of technical knowledge in order to operate with this solution.

We use Bright Data to track our search engine / ranking positions across multiple sites / platforms, providing clear data for product listings. It delivers needed infrastructure from start to finish.
