What do you like best about the product?
I like everything about Bright Data. I use it to enhance the marketing efforts for my business, and it has been instrumental in helping me identify new clients and customers. I appreciate the product's overall ease of use, which ensures smooth navigation and implementation. Most notably, I am particularly impressed with Bright Data's customer service. In my opinion, their responsiveness and ability to address any issues or problems is unmatched, providing an excellent support experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their security protocols on sign-up can be a little tough if you are not used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bright Data to identify new clients/customers, boosting my marketing efforts and business growth.

What do you like best about the product?
I am truly grateful to Bright Data for providing me with access to valuable data, particularly Glassdoor employee reviews, which were essential for my research. I greatly appreciate their great customer support, as they were always available to help when I had questions, which made the experience smooth and assured. Using Bright Data was a significant improvement for my team, helping us transition from a lot of manual work to utilizing their database seamlessly. The initial setup of Bright Data was straightforward, and validating the data quality was easy. Overall, my experience with Bright Data has been remarkable, and I would recommend it to a friend or colleague.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Bright Data's accessibility, as it provides a wide range of preconfigured scrapers targeting various platforms and data modalities. This allows me to easily pick and choose tools in an off-the-shelf manner and deploy them with simplicity. I also appreciate Bright Data's proxy service, which facilitates a straightforward setup for running our own developed scrapers. This capability is invaluable, as setting up a proxy service independently can be challenging. The seamless proxy integration through Bright Data enables us to effectively deploy our scrapers, simplifying the complexity typically associated with such tasks. Overall, Bright Data offers ease of use and powerful infrastructure, which enhances our data collection capabilities and operational efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the range of tools provided by Bright Data somewhat limited. There are specific platforms that I would like to explore further, but it seems that Bright Data does not currently offer pre-made frameworks for those within its suite. This requires us to develop our own custom solutions, which can be a risk. Consequently, there is potential to expand coverage and provide a more streamlined experience for accessing and deploying those tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bright Data to access scalable, critical data for tracking disinformation, enabling real-time analysis and comprehensive reports. Its proxy servers and customizable scrapers streamline data collection from restricted platforms efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Bright Data's online filtering functions, which make it incredibly easy to assess available data and determine the volume of data we can obtain within a specified budget. The ability to filter data that is most pertinent to our research needs is invaluable, allowing us to focus on the most relevant information. Additionally, being able to save these filters into templates for quick reference enhances our workflow efficiency. I am particularly impressed with how responsive Bright Data is; the quick support they provided was instrumental in helping us obtain desired data promptly. The initial setup of Bright Data was straightforward, with everything being very direct and quick, which greatly facilitated our transition to using their service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online filtering feature can be slow sometimes due to the amount of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bright Data for dataset collection, especially for filtering relevant data within budget. It simplifies data access and enables the selection of essential information for research projects.

What do you like best about the product?
They have great data (if you're interested in specific data). They were extremely flexible with us and supported us through the process of extracting the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Took a bit (but just a bit) to get used to the interface. The pricing scheme is not always clear but they are very responsive so they answered quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting good and rich data ethically.

What do you like best about the product?
Continuous support and communication with their employees. Intuitive data dashboard and platform making it straightforward to access to data. Data for good program and partnership allowing access for non-profit research use of the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data platform could allow setting even more complex filters, or will be nice to include an online analysis console using SQL or similar scripting languages to investigate the data more before downloading it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The wealth of public web data gathered and shared by Bright Data could enable different non-profit research similar to our project to be possible that otherwise, without such data, will not be possible.

Consistent and Reliable Data Collection

What do you like best about the product?
Reliably gathering publicly available data on the web has become extremely difficult given the complex and varied frameworks used for content publication. Custom solutions are frequently rendered obsolete in days, and are generally brittle. In contrast, the solutions offered by Bright Data have worked consistently for us for many months without interruption. This has allowed our team to focus on data analysis instead of data collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not encountered any drawbacks to the Bright Data platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bright Data is taking care of data collection so that we can focus on data analysis.
