- You are rendering large 3D models
- You are utilizing less than 1,000 rendering sessions
- You are using neutral CAD format types such as JT, STEP, IGES Contact us for a private offer if:
- You are rendering smaller 3D models
- Your rendering sessions exceed 1,000

A rendering session is defined as a browser window or mobile application rendering at least one frame within a 30 minute window.

What do you like best about the product?
Vertex has many tools to help taxpayers using SAP spend less time on compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, support tickets can take longer than expected to be resolved when they need to be escalated to different teams. But overall, support is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP tax reporting is enhanced by Accelerator tools.

The ease of use and accuracy of the calculations
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting options could be better. Layout and design of reports is cumbersome. Street level rates ability would help out

No problems, but accurately calculating sales tax t our customers

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is user friendly and that it is updating information quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multijurisdictional exemption certificates are cumbersome to enter into the system. I would prefer a matrix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accuracy and automation of the tax functions. We automated Consumers use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When implementing make sure that you have all the fields that auditors request passed so your documentation will be complete and nothing needs to be added manually. Also adding zip plus four prevents a lot of problems with jurisdiction coding.
