This product is an adopted single-user version of DBeaver Ultimate Edition for AWS environment.
DBeaver Ultimate Edition is a desktop database management tool with advanced cloud capabilities. Use Cloud Explorer to simplify access to databases across different clouds and on-prem environments with centralized authentication and automatic configuration. Work with cloud storage directly from the application, and query data files like CSV, XLSX, Parquet, JSON, and XML without importing. Protect credentials using Secret Manager integrations and encrypted local storage. Ultimate Edition also includes ER diagrams, data and schema compare features, integration with third-party dashboards, data visualization features, and administrative and other productivity tools for everyday SQL and data work.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

General:
- Added Product Configuration, which allows users to enable key features and set up important settings before the application starts.
AI assistant:
- Added the ability to use different AI engines in separate Chat conversations. Users can add AI Model configurations and select the appropriate profile for each conversation.
- Added support for Grok AI assistant.
- Added the ability to use OpenAI and Grok engines through engine subscriptions, without configuring personal API tokens.
- Added user interaction tool to AI Chat. AI can ask follow-up questions with predefined answer options to clarify the request and provide a more accurate response, and reduce token usage.
Secret management for database credentials:
- Added support for Google Secret Manager.
- Added support for Azure Key Vault.
Data Editor:
- Added HTML preview for text/html values in the Value panel.
Data transfer:

- Redesigned the Tables Mapping step for database-to-database transfer. Changed how target tables, columns, value transformations, and primary and foreign keys are configured during data migration.
Data compare:
- Added the ability to compare query results without re-executing queries. To start the comparison, right-click the result grid and select "Data Compare to".
Connectivity:
- Added global network profiles that can be used in all projects.
- Added support for retrieving passwords from a shell command for native database authentication.
Security:
- Fixed the high vulnerability (CVE-2026-10050) in the jetty-security library. The library was updated to version 12.1.11
- Fixed the high vulnerabilities in the netty-codec libraries. The netty-bom library was updated to version 4.2.16
- Fixed CVE-2026-54291. PostgreSQL driver was updated to version 42.7.13
- Fixed an XXE vulnerability caused by an unhardened XML parser (CWE-611).
- Fixed an XXE vulnerability caused by inconsistent XML sanitization in the Value editor.
- Fixed an SQL injection vulnerability related to string formatting (CWE-89) in the Exasol extension in the application.
- Fixed an SQL injection vulnerability related to malicious names of downloaded files.
- Protected local server port and password data from exposure through dbeaver-instance.properties.
- Restricted presentation and execution of malicious content in AI Chat.
- Fixed unintended execution of executable files opened from Windows UNC paths.
- Fixed a remote code execution vulnerability related to virtual column creation.
- Added confirmation and allowlist checks before executing shell commands from connection initialization events.

Usage instructions
- Launch an EC2 instance from this AMI.
- Ensure your Security Group allows inbound RDP (TCP 3389) from your IP address.
- Retrieve the Windows Administrator password in the EC2 console (Get Windows password) using your key pair.
- Connect to the instance via RDP using the public IP/DNS name and the Administrator credentials.
- DBeaver Ultimate Edition starts automatically after login. If it does not start, launch it from the Desktop shortcut or Start menu.
