You buy access to this AI analytics platform through a contract, priced in five tiers. Each tier sets two limits: how many data tables you can connect and a starting number of prompts (queries) you can run. Starter, Standard, Pro, and Enterprise scale up on both limits, moving from 5 tables to unlimited tables and from 1750 to 15000 starting prompts. The Custom tier lets you arrange limits that fit your needs. If you exceed a tier's usage limit, you add quantities through a new purchase order and pay for the extra usage.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one prompt for billing, and what is a table in these limits?
A prompt is one query you run against your data through the platform. A table is a data source you connect from your systems. Each tier caps how many tables you can connect and sets a starting number of prompts you may run.
What happens if I run more prompts or connect more tables than my tier allows?
If you pass a tier's usage limit, you execute an additional purchase order for the extra quantities. You then pay for that excess usage under the agreed payment terms. The change is manual, not automatic, and you settle any invoice for the added amounts.
Which metric drives my tier choice — the number of tables or the prompt count?
Both limits move together across Starter, Standard, Pro, and Enterprise. Each tier raises the table cap and the starting prompt count at the same time. You pick the tier whose combined limits fit your data sources and query volume. The Custom tier lets you set both limits independently.
