Overview
OpsAiAgent is Amdocs' multi-persona agentic AI platform that puts a domain-trained AI co-worker next to every frontline employee. Built on AWS Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, it combines large language models, retrieval-augmented generation and a secure tool use layer that connects to telco BSS/OSS, retail POS, ITSM, CRM and knowledge bases.

Store Genie an in-store retail assistant for telco/retail store associates. Looks up plans, devices, stock and customer accounts; recommends next-best offers; guides associates through SIM swaps, upgrades, returns and onboarding; cuts handle time and trains new hires faster.

L1/L2 Ops Agent an IT/Network operations co-pilot for NOC, SRE and L1/L2 support engineers. Triages alerts, runs diagnostic playbooks, correlates incidents across observability stacks, drafts RCAs and proposes remediations with human-in-the-loop guardrails for any write actions.

Contact Center Agent a real-time assistant for call-center reps and a self-service voice/chat agent for end customers. Surfaces account context, suggests responses, automates after-call wrap-up, and resolves Tier-0/Tier-1 queries autonomously with safe escalation to a human.
