NOFire connects code changes, deployments, system behavior, and past incidents into a clear understanding of what changed, what broke, and why. Instead of rebuilding context during every incident, teams get answers grounded in real system history.
Built by the teams behind Elastic and Mattermost Cloud, NOFire is used by global engineering organizations to achieve up to 40% fewer incidents, cut MTTR by up to 5x, eliminate repeated failures, and build a scalable reliability function where knowledge compounds instead of disappearing.
Highlights
Before code reaches production, NOFire looks at how similar changes behaved in the past to identify risky deployments and affected services. During rollouts, it separates meaningful signals from harmless noise and provides clear guidance, helping engineering teams ship changes more safely and predictably.
NOFire continuously connects signals from metrics, logs, traces, deployments, and cloud changes to explain real cause and effect across your system. When something goes wrong, teams immediately see what broke, why it broke, and what changed reducing MTTR from hours to minutes without relying on senior intuition.
Every investigation feeds a shared reliability memory that captures causes, impacts, and fixes. Over time, teams avoid repeating the same failures, onboard faster, and build a more predictable reliability posture because learning carries forward instead of resetting after each incident.

You buy NOFire AI on a contract basis, choosing one of four plans by the decision volume you expect. Starter, Scale, and Growth each include a set number of decisions per month, scaling from 83 to 833 per month. All three bill overages at your volume rate if you exceed the included amount. Enterprise removes decision limits entirely. Every plan gives you the full platform and unlimited users; they differ mainly by included decision volume and support level, from email support up to 24/7 premium support with a dedicated customer success manager.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one "decision" for billing purposes?
A decision is one evaluated action against your production model. Each action by a human or agent, such as an investigation, a deploy risk check, or a policy gate on a pull request, is checked before it touches production. Read-only and write actions both pass through the same gate.
What happens if I exceed the decisions included in my plan?
Starter, Scale, and Growth each include a set monthly decision volume. If you go beyond your included amount, the extra decisions bill at your volume rate. Enterprise has no decision limit, so overages do not apply to that plan.
Besides decision volume, what differs between the plans?
All four plans include the full platform and unlimited users. Support level is the main other difference. Starter and Scale include email support with a 24-hour response. Growth adds priority support, a dedicated Slack channel, onboarding, and quarterly strategy sessions. Enterprise adds a dedicated customer success manager, custom integrations, and 24/7 support with a 4-hour SLA.
