Overview
WHO NEEDS IT Providers of intermediary services - online platforms, marketplaces, social networks, app stores, hosting and cloud storage, VPN, DNS and CDN - that have no establishment in the EU but offer their service to users in the EU must designate in writing a legal representative in one of the Member States where they offer the service (Article 13 of the Digital Services Act, Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). The representative's details must be public on your terms and notified to the Digital Services Coordinator.
PLANS DSA Legal Representative: Article 13 designation for every Member State where your service is offered. GDPR EU + DSA: our EU representative under Article 27 GDPR (Base plan) plus the DSA legal representative. GDPR EU + UK + DSA: EU and UK representatives under Article 27 GDPR and UK GDPR (Base plan) plus the DSA legal representative. GDPR Standard + DSA: Article 27 GDPR Standard plan (unlimited requests, Article 30 record kept for you) plus the DSA legal representative. GDPR Standard EU + UK + DSA: EU and UK Article 27 representatives on the Standard plan plus the DSA legal representative. Each law has its own designation, certificate and verification code.

HOW IT WORKS
- Subscribe on AWS Marketplace and choose your plan.
- Complete the online form, about 5 minutes: your company, your service, the Member States and your contact point for users.
- A person reviews the file, usually within one working day. You receive the certificate and the text for your terms, and we notify the Czech Telecommunication Office.
GOOD TO KNOW We are established in Prague: we can act as your DSA legal representative only if your service is also offered in the Czech Republic. Europe Services SE, Prague, EU representative since 2014. Billing on your AWS invoice; cancel any time, the contract simply does not renew. Not included: legal advice, content moderation, notice-and-action handling and out-of-court dispute settlement.

Dimensions summary
All five options bill as a 12-month contract, with configurable quantity. The DSA Legal Representative - Article 13 option covers only your EU legal representative under Article 13. The other four add that same DSA representation to GDPR representation, so pricing scales with how many obligations you bundle. The GDPR EU + DSA and GDPR Standard + DSA options cover the EU alone, while the GDPR EU + UK + DSA and GDPR Standard EU + UK + DSA options add UK representation. Standard-plan options include unlimited forwarded requests; Base-plan options do not.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One unit is a yearly designation naming your legal representative for every EU Member State where you offer your service. A single written mandate covers all those Member States, including the Czech Republic. You order one unit per 12-month term, not one per country.
Standard-plan options include unlimited forwarded requests from authorities and data subjects, and hold your Article 30 record. Base-plan options forward requests but do not state unlimited handling. If you expect frequent contact, Standard removes per-request metering. Base suits services that rarely expect such contact.
The service receives and forwards communications from authorities and acts as your representative. It does not include legal advice, privacy policy drafting, acting as your data protection officer, content moderation, or representing you in proceedings. Content, user complaints, and your own user contact point stay your responsibility.

Vendor refund policy
Cancel at any time from your AWS Marketplace subscriptions: the contract is simply not renewed at the end of the 12 months, with no penalty. If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and before your designation is approved, contact info@gdprrepresentative.com for a full refund. For any billing question write to info@gdprrepresentative.com ; we reply within one working day.
