In addition, this data file also provides the overall gender of leadership which is calculated by evaluating the individuals directors gender and then assigning one of seven gender tags to the company - Female-led, Majority female, Gender equal, Majority male or Male-led.

Standard data points include: Company Name, Company Number, Registered Address, Inc. Date, Current status, employee headcount and company gender.
