Financing for AWS Marketplace purchases

Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

You choose between two billing approaches. The pay-as-you-go option charges per gigabyte of data moved, so your cost tracks actual usage. The three bundle plans each combine a one-year platform subscription with a set amount of included data: 150TB, 500TB, or 1PB. The bundles differ only by how much data usage they include. Pick a bundle when you can estimate your migration volume upfront, or the per-gigabyte option when your volume is unpredictable. All options bill under a contract term.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Billing tracks data moved. Each gigabyte transferred from your source to the target destination counts once. Continuous migration of ongoing changes adds to the total as those changes flow. You are charged for the volume Data Migrator transfers, not the total size of your source system.
Each bundle covers a set data amount over a one-year subscription: 150TB, 500TB, or 1PB. The plans do not state overage handling once you pass the included amount. If you expect to exceed your bundle, contact the vendor to confirm how additional volume is billed.
The per-gigabyte option meters each gigabyte moved, so cost rises only with actual transfer volume. Bundle plans set a fixed one-year price with a fixed included data amount, regardless of how much you use within that limit. Per-gigabyte suits unpredictable volume; bundles suit known migration sizes.
