The solution eliminates spreadsheet-driven workflows and disconnected tools, creating a single, governed environment that unites data, calculation, and payout.
Powered by Workday Prism, Workday Extend, and PwC’s AIDA technology built on AWS Bedrock for intelligent document interpretation, PICH can automatically ingest clinical productivity data (e.g., RVUs from Epic, Cerner, or Meditech), HCM and Compensation data, and contract details. AIDA extracts and structures information from physician agreements, feeding it directly into PICH for automated modeling and calculation.
The result is an end-to-end, traceable process that streamlines variable pay administration — from contract to payroll — with full transparency for administrators, leaders, and physicians through secure, role-based dashboards accessible via desktop and mobile.
Designed specifically for healthcare providers, PICH handles the complexity and variability of multi-specialty compensation models while improving accuracy and minimizing manual data entry.
With time, PICH’s capabilities can offer predictive modeling, scenario planning, and a broader Physician Hub experience that connects incentive pay with related programs such as CME reimbursement, credentialing milestones, PTO, and compliance tracking.
