Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Basic (starter tier) provides automated remediation and issue reporting to support accessibility compliance. It includes scanning, an accessibility widget, and asset dashboards. Additional tiers available : contact partners@levelaccess.com for private offers.
This contract offers two billing dimensions sold in units. The Level Access - Basic (starter tier) is the core option you buy, priced per unit. It covers scanning, automated remediation, issue reporting, an accessibility widget, and asset dashboards. The Enterprise (Units) dimension bills additional usage, so your cost grows with the units you consume beyond the base. Both dimensions scale by unit count rather than named user seats. Other tiers are not sold here; you contact the vendor directly for private offers covering added capabilities.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one unit represent for billing purposes?
The platform bills by unit count rather than by named user seats. The vendor does not cap the number of people who access the platform. A unit reflects the scope of your accessibility program, not individual logins. For the exact unit definition tied to your scope, contact the vendor through the listing.
How do the Basic and Enterprise dimensions combine on my invoice?
The Level Access - Basic (starter tier) is the core option you purchase, priced per unit. The Enterprise (Units) dimension bills additional usage on top of that base. Your invoice reflects the base Basic units plus any Enterprise units you consume beyond them. Both charges apply together.
What happens to my cost as my program grows beyond the base?
Cost grows with the units you consume. The Enterprise (Units) dimension meters additional usage past your Basic base, so adding assets or scope raises the Enterprise portion. The Basic per-unit base stays the same. To add capabilities beyond the units sold here, you contact the vendor for private offers.
