Overview PrestaShop is a leading open source e-commerce platform trusted by over 300,000 merchants worldwide. This image delivers PrestaShop 9 fully installed and configured, so a complete online store is running within minutes of launch. The current release available is PrestaShop 9.0.1.
Application Stack PrestaShop 9.0.1 with Apache 2.4 web server, PHP 8.3 with all required extensions, and MariaDB 10.11 database. The database and web files each reside on their own dedicated EBS volume for independent resizing.
Secure First Boot On the first boot of your instance a one-shot service generates a fresh MariaDB root password, a fresh database user password, and a fresh PrestaShop administrator password unique to that instance. The admin back office URL is randomised to a unique path. All credentials are written to /root/prestashop-credentials.txt (readable by root only). No shared or default credentials ship in the image.
Ready To Use The PrestaShop code tree, Apache vhost, PHP configuration and MariaDB are all pre-configured. Browse to the instance address to view the storefront and to the admin URL shown in /root/prestashop-credentials.txt to manage products, orders, customers and themes.
cloudimg Support 24/7 technical support by email and chat. Help with PrestaShop deployment, upgrades, theme installation, module configuration and database administration.
