Synchronous Plate Blurring
- Endpoint: POST /aws/api/plate/blur
- Base URL: <https://services.forecastica.com>
- Input: multipart/form-data containing the image form parameter with the image file binary.
- Output: Returns the blurred image file binary.
- Media Type: image/jpeg
