What do you like best about the product?
I use Virtru Email Encryption for work and it helps keep our data and our patients' data safe and secure. It's easy and fast to use, and I find the authentication process simple. Setting it up was easy and simple too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the messages come in to me from an outside agency, it comes in the wrong order. I'll get 3 emails in the same chain about 3 different cases. It makes it very confusing when I only want emails in a chain from 1 case I'm working on.

Virtru Email Encryption keeps our data and patients' data safe and secure. It's easy and fast to use, with simple authentication.

What is our primary use case?
I have used Virtru Data Protection Gateway for the past three years. I find that Virtru email encryption is very easy to use and reliable with minimal errors. I appreciate that I can manage it both as an individual and as part of my team.
What is most valuable?
I find the initial setup very easy because of the intuitive and straightforward interface. The system is clear to understand and quick to process. I appreciate that it ensures our private information remains secure and confidential, which supports the company in staying compliant.
Virtru Data Protection Gateway protects our sensitive communications and reduces data exposure risk. It provides strong access controls and helps us maintain information security in my organization.
Some of the best features that Virtru Data Protection Gateway offers are the intuitive and straightforward interface, security, encryption, and secure sharing.
I rely on its easy-to-use features the most in my daily work. I find it simple to implement and navigate. The security ensures protection for sensitive information. I value the secure communication feature, which ensures our client's information is safely shared via email, and the secure sharing capability, which supports our compliance and privacy efforts.
Data security provided by Virtru email encryption ensures safe communication and protection against unauthorized access. Virtru Data Protection Gateway has positively impacted my organization as we have seen an increase in our security.
What needs improvement?
One area that Virtru Data Protection Gateway should improve is that I sometimes experience problems when using a different browser or when I have to switch computers. I wish the mobile app could be as seamless as the web or PC app, as it sometimes crashes.
At times, Virtru email encryption has had malfunctions with accessibility via the mobile app, which has caused disruption in use when I am not in the office or during remote work. This is my main challenge.
