What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use! Helpful support team if I ever needed anything. Lots of features and integrations with our company.

What do you like best about the product?
On the admin side, it is cloud hosted and easily to implement and manage. On the user side its as simple as adding a Chrome extension and then sliding a toggle on an individual email. This allows users to send things in email that would otherwise require more cumbersome methods, so they love it. They also have great customer support when we have questions. The integration with Google Workplace is easy and doesn't require maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It often has false positives detecting DLP and suggesting I encrypt those messages. I just say no and move on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to replace on on-prem solution that was becoming cumbersome to manage in order to provide email encryption and encrypted attachment transfer for our users.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of this product was the selling point. We simply slide the button over to send secure documents as we need to. We have options to prevent forwarding, printing etc. In our industry that is very important to ensure we maintained compliance with the information we send.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the products will automatically encrypt an email when that selection was not selected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtu allows us to maintain regulatory compliance with PHI/ HIPAA data collection and the sharing of information.

What do you like best about the product?
We added Virtru to our organizations' Google Workspace and it was completely painless. I was up and running in minutes!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen any downsides so far - it's incredibly easy to use and makes sure your data is protected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were getting lots of spam emails that had information that had apparently been leaked from our emails. Virtru is helping us make sure sensitive data is being sent securely and makes sure we're not receiving targeted scams or fraud attempts. We also wanted to be able to send PHI over email and we can now do that.
