What do you like best about the product?

Virtru Email Encryption is a great option for sharing protected emails with external contacts or third parties. I trust Virtru for data encryption and overall safety, and it gives me confidence that sensitive information is handled securely.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only downside I’ve noticed is that the connector keeps disconnecting on its own in my Google Mail inbox, so I have to reconnect it again and again.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me share data with external parties safely, without running into data security issues. Everything stays encrypted, which gives me confidence that it’s protected from unwanted hacks.

I one click option has been a game changer, it has made using encryption even easier for our end users

I wish there was an easy way to use this via the cellphone other than using the app.

Being a healthcare organization it is critical for use to have the ability to send data securely

Very easy to use, the button switch to turn on protection is seamless

I've had occasional issues with setting up file transfer of large files

I love how easy it is to use, and I’m really happy with its performance.

The only issue is that some people find it difficult to bypass the encryption.

It protects all of our HIPAA records, and it’s very secure and easy to use.

That it is super easy to turn on and off

I sometimes forget to turn it off and use for emails I do not need it on
