What do you like best about the product?

Very easy to use, the button switch to turn on protection is seamless

I've had occasional issues with setting up file transfer of large files

Protecting sensitive emails, sending files securely

I love how easy it is to use, and I’m really happy with its performance.

The only issue is that some people find it difficult to bypass the encryption.

It protects all of our HIPAA records, and it’s very secure and easy to use.

I sometimes forget to turn it off and use for emails I do not need it on

Making sure all emails are secure and making it easy for the patients to get into them.

That you can replay all and send attachments easy

Easily encrypting messages, not having to even think about if it sent encrypted or not because it automatically days that it was encrypted upon sending

It’s super easy to use, and so far everyone in our office has really enjoyed it.

What do you dislike about the product?

My main dislike is that we had to adjust the settings so we wouldn’t have issues opening it in Office emails, but that’s a small thing compared with everything else we dealt with before.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s solving the issue of patients not being able to open our emails. With our other system, our emails were going to spam, so patients weren’t receiving them properly.

What do you like best about the product?

Ease of use is the biggest plus! Virtru fits directly into our existing email workflow and makes secure sharing straightforward without adding complexity.

What do you dislike about the product?

At times, the user experience on the recipient side can be a bit clunky, especially for external users who aren’t familiar with Virtru. It can add a few extra steps for them to access messages, which occasionally slows things down.

Virtru helps us securely share sensitive information, especially in a healthcare context where patient data needs to be protected. It allows us to send encrypted emails and attachments without relying on more complex tools, which makes it easier to stay compliant while keeping communication efficient.
