Scigantic runs a complete life-sciences computing environment in your own AWS account: AI-powered notebooks that explore your Amazon S3 data and fine-tune biological foundation models. The notebooks traverse your S3 storage, compare it side by side against public AWS Open Data archives and other sources, and an in-notebook AI agent powered by your own Amazon Bedrock reads your data in context. Your proprietary data, trained model weights, and LLM inference stay in your account and run on your AWS bill.
Scigantic gives computational biologists and bioinformatics teams a managed scientific-computing platform that runs bring-your-own-compute on AWS. Researchers launch AI-powered notebooks preloaded with domain tooling for genomics, proteomics, and drug discovery, then explore and traverse their Amazon S3 object storage directly from the notebook.
Built-in tools browse buckets, inspect schemas and file layouts, and compare your private S3 data side by side with public AWS Open Data archives and other storage sources, so finding and understanding the right dataset takes minutes instead of days.Beyond exploration, Scigantic fine-tunes biological foundation models (protein, DNA, and small-molecule backbones) on Amazon SageMaker, writing evaluation reports and trained weights back to your own S3.
An in-notebook AI agent, powered by your own Amazon Bedrock models, reads your data in context to write code, run analyses, and explain results. Because notebooks, training jobs, model weights, and LLM inference all execute in your AWS account, your proprietary genomic and research data never leaves your environment. Scigantic operates the control plane as a managed service while every workload runs in your AWS account through a single cross-account role you connect with a guided CloudFormation deployment.
You pay per seat through AWS Marketplace and pay for compute, storage, and Bedrock inference at your own negotiated AWS rates, drawing down committed AWS spend with no vendor compute markup, purchased through your existing AWS agreement.
Highlights
Traverse your storage from AI-powered notebooks: browse and explore your Amazon S3 buckets directly in the notebook, inspect schemas and file layouts, and compare your private data side by side with public AWS Open Data archives and other sources to find the right dataset fast.
Fine-tune biological foundation models (protein, DNA, and small-molecule backbones) on Amazon SageMaker, and work alongside an in-notebook AI agent powered by your own Amazon Bedrock that reads your data in context to write code and run analyses.
Bring your own compute: notebooks, training, model weights, and LLM inference all run in your AWS account behind a single cross-account role. Proprietary data never leaves your environment, compute runs on your AWS bill at your negotiated rates, and you pay per seat through AWS Marketplace.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

One user seat for Scigantic on AWS. Each seat lets one person launch AI-powered notebooks, explore their Amazon S3 data, fine-tune biological foundation models, and use the in-notebook AI agent, all in your own AWS account. Compute and Amazon Bedrock usage are billed separately on your AWS bill; this seat covers the Scigantic software license only.
This listing uses a single pricing dimension: a per-user seat. You buy one seat for each person who needs access. Each seat is a software license only. It lets one user launch AI-powered notebooks, explore their Amazon S3 data, fine-tune biological foundation models, and use the in-notebook AI agent, all within your own AWS account. To scale, you add more seats as your team grows. Pricing does not vary by usage. Compute and Amazon Bedrock usage are billed separately on your AWS bill and are not part of this seat charge.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one seat, and can two people share a single seat?
A seat is a per-person software license. Each seat lets one user launch notebooks, explore Amazon S3 data, fine-tune models, and use the in-notebook AI agent. Buy one seat per person who needs access. To scale, add more seats as your team grows.
Does the seat charge cover the compute and AI usage I run inside notebooks?
No. The seat covers only the Scigantic software license. Compute for running notebooks and Amazon Bedrock usage are billed separately on your own AWS bill. These charges depend on the resources you run, not on the seat count.
Does fine-tuning a model cost extra beyond my seat?
The seat licenses the fine-tuning capability itself. Fine-tuning jobs run on GPU compute within your own AWS account, so those compute charges appear on your AWS bill separately from the seat. The seat price does not change based on how many models you fine-tune.
