AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract prepays for a set volume of API calls under Fingerprint Enterprise, which includes 12 million API calls. Each API call runs a device identification and returns risk signals for your web and mobile traffic. If your usage passes the included 12 million calls, you pay an overage rate charged in blocks of 1,000 additional API calls. So the base commitment covers your expected volume, and the per-1,000 add-on scales cost with any usage above that. Both dimensions bill on the same API call unit, keeping the pricing tied directly to how often you identify visitors.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one API call for billing purposes?
Each API call is one device identification request run against a visitor to your web or mobile app. The request returns a visitor ID and risk signals. You are meant to run an identification for every visitor as often as possible to capture changes, and each such request meters as one call.
What happens if my usage passes the 12 million included API calls?
Your prepaid Fingerprint Enterprise commitment covers 12 million API calls. Once you exceed that, added usage bills at the overage rate in blocks of 1,000 additional calls. The overage applies only to calls above the included amount, not to your whole volume, and it scales automatically with usage.
Am I charged for requests blocked as malicious or made during an attack?
Surge protection filters requests before they meter. A DDoS layer stops billing for calls made while your site is under attack. A web application firewall filters abusive bot requests. A customizable request filter lets you ignore unknown sources. If a malicious surge slips through, the vendor can waive those charges.
