Download the new Firmware from ExtraHop website. Apply on the Admin page (Navigation path Admin-> Firmware->Upgrade)
Access the application via a browser at https://<public_dns>/extrahop/ Login with User name - Setup Password - The string of numbers after the -i in the instance ID
