    Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
    Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator  to estimate your infrastructure costs.

    What do you like best about the product?
    It’s affordable, easy to use, and fits our needs. We use QuickBooks Online and Rewind Backups provides reliable, automated backups with clear weekly confirmation.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    We haven’t needed to perform a restore, so I don’t have firsthand experience with customer support during a recovery. Support is mostly email-based and self-service, with limited live interaction.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It addresses the risk of not having a formal backup for our financial data. Rewind Backups provides affordable, automated protection for our QuickBooks Online data, which we did not previously have in place.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use Rewind Backups for my BigCommerce sandbox and production environment. It solves the issue of backups flawlessly, allowing us to revert back quickly if we run into any issues or errors on the site. I like that we can choose what components we want to revive from a backup, and that it backs up all of our customer and order data, which is essential for an e-commerce site. I also appreciate how easily it works out of the box and how easy it is to navigate. They gave us a great deal on backing up both the production and sandbox environments in one package. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    For the most part, it works exactly as intended but does not backup theme customizations, which is something we had hoped it would do.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Rewind Backups solves the issue of backups flawlessly by allowing quick reversion if errors occur. I like choosing specific components to revive, the backup of customer and order data, and how easily it works out of the box.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The price point of the software is very palatable and the setup couldn't be easier. The best part is the customer service - world class service for great software at a value price.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I wish they had the capability to trigger multiple backup each day rather than a single backup. I would also love to see the ability to self schedule, at this point you need to coordinate the start time change with the team (the good thing is the team is great to work with).
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Quickbooks built in backup isn't something I would trust or rely upon from a disaster recovery standpoint.

    What do you like best about the product?
