There is no other Shopify native backup and restore on the market

What do you like best about the product?

I use Rewind Backups for my BigCommerce sandbox and production environment. It solves the issue of backups flawlessly, allowing us to revert back quickly if we run into any issues or errors on the site. I like that we can choose what components we want to revive from a backup, and that it backs up all of our customer and order data, which is essential for an e-commerce site. I also appreciate how easily it works out of the box and how easy it is to navigate. They gave us a great deal on backing up both the production and sandbox environments in one package. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

For the most part, it works exactly as intended but does not backup theme customizations, which is something we had hoped it would do.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rewind Backups solves the issue of backups flawlessly by allowing quick reversion if errors occur. I like choosing specific components to revive, the backup of customer and order data, and how easily it works out of the box.

What do you like best about the product?

The price point of the software is very palatable and the setup couldn't be easier. The best part is the customer service - world class service for great software at a value price.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish they had the capability to trigger multiple backup each day rather than a single backup. I would also love to see the ability to self schedule, at this point you need to coordinate the start time change with the team (the good thing is the team is great to work with).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quickbooks built in backup isn't something I would trust or rely upon from a disaster recovery standpoint.

What do you like best about the product?

Our organization recently required assistance with a significant technical hurdle, and the support provided was of the highest caliber. The team's agility and proficiency were evident from our first interaction, as they promptly initiated a call to conduct a deep-dive analysis.

We were particularly impressed with their willingness to develop a bespoke solution for our specific case. Instead of a simple workaround, they delivered an effective, robust fix that went beyond what we expected from standard support. The solution was rolled out seamlessly and fixed our problem entirely. It's refreshing to work with a team that has such deep technical knowledge and a real commitment to a positive outcome for their clients. We are very impressed and would strongly recommend them.

What do you like best about the product?

The best thing is what the Rewind team has created, namely Trello board backups. I haven't found any other product like it, and what I do in Trello is crucial for my business.
They have very good and friendly customer service. They respond very quickly and professionally.
I don't need anything else from them.

What do you dislike about the product?

It would be good to change the client interface a little. One button for the list of Trello boards that are backed up. You could also change the layout of the boards, with those that are not backed up on the left and those that are backed up on the right. I don't need anything else for now.

I have already written about this before. It is about securing data from Trello. This solves my problem of worrying about losing important data.
