What do you like best about the product?

Our organization recently required assistance with a significant technical hurdle, and the support provided was of the highest caliber. The team's agility and proficiency were evident from our first interaction, as they promptly initiated a call to conduct a deep-dive analysis.

We were particularly impressed with their willingness to develop a bespoke solution for our specific case. Instead of a simple workaround, they delivered an effective, robust fix that went beyond what we expected from standard support. The solution was rolled out seamlessly and fixed our problem entirely. It's refreshing to work with a team that has such deep technical knowledge and a real commitment to a positive outcome for their clients. We are very impressed and would strongly recommend them.

Backups

What do you like best about the product?

The best thing is what the Rewind team has created, namely Trello board backups. I haven't found any other product like it, and what I do in Trello is crucial for my business.
They have very good and friendly customer service. They respond very quickly and professionally.
I don't need anything else from them.

What do you dislike about the product?

It would be good to change the client interface a little. One button for the list of Trello boards that are backed up. You could also change the layout of the boards, with those that are not backed up on the left and those that are backed up on the right. I don't need anything else for now.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have already written about this before. It is about securing data from Trello. This solves my problem of worrying about losing important data.

What do you like best about the product?

After babysitting custom backup scripts for our github organizations for years, the automatic setup and solid functionality of Rewind was very welcome. Excellent web interface and swift customer service.

What do you dislike about the product?

While worth every dollar it still costs money :)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dependable third-party SaaS backup

What do you like best about the product?

It’s incredibly easy to integrate with github and just works. We back up over 300 GitHub repositories daily, including not just code but also issues, labels, milestones, and releases. We've never had a failure, and on rare retries, it handles them automatically. Also, their support is fast and helpful, even billing changes were sorted out quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?

It would be great to have more granular control over backup settings or notifications. Right now, it’s very much a “set it and forget it” tool, which is great, but a few advanced options for power users wouldn’t hurt.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rewind helps us protect critical GitHub data, not just code, but also issues, labels, milestones, and releases, across 300+ repositories. It eliminates the risk of accidental deletions, misconfigurations, or data loss, and gives us peace of mind knowing we can restore or recover anything quickly. It saves our team time, reduces risk, and ensures business continuity.

What do you like best about the product?

I have installed rewind backups to a github account in order to protect code that is used for my business, as a software company will be working on our code and I wanted it to be protected in case of any issues. I now feel safe to move forward with this thanks to Rewind. I was a little confused of how to add the subscription to an organisation and Stephan was nothing short of helpful, kind, patient and responsive, making sure I got the outcome I needed, Robyn was also very helpful. The customer support is second to none, thanks guys!

What do you dislike about the product?

I haven't experienced any downsides as of yet. Very happy with my experience using Rewind - I have previously used it for backing up a shopify store too and it was great.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping old code safe while a new company begin work on updates, giving me peace of mind that our current work will be protected should anything go wrong.
