Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
You buy backup and restore coverage per platform, each priced in units of 100 users. Choose separate dimensions for Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Confluence, GitHub, or Jira, matching the platforms your team uses. Each unit covers up to 100 users on that platform. Buy multiple units to cover more users, and mix dimensions to protect several platforms at once. The additional overage dimension charges for usage beyond your committed unit count, so you stay covered as user numbers grow. Pricing scales with the number of users and platforms you protect.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A user is a unique member of your organization on that platform. Each dimension covers up to 100 users on one platform. Azure DevOps counts unique users and supports multi-organization billing, so a person in several organizations counts once. GitHub bills by organization members.
The additional overage dimension charges for usage past your committed unit count. You stay covered as your team grows without buying a new unit block right away. Overage applies per platform based on the users exceeding your purchased coverage.
Each platform dimension bills independently. Buy separate units for Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Confluence, GitHub, or Jira, and the charges add together. Your total depends on how many platforms you cover and how many 100-user units each platform needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Rewind Backups is meeting a big need for me. Our storefront is on Shopify Plus and just over two years ago I was doing a bulk update to my entire product catalog and accidentally deleted everything. Over 2000 products, gone. I did not have Rewind at the time so I had to manually restore everything and out store was down for an entire weekend. After I got our products restored after hours of work I went looking for a Shopify app that could backup all of our data automatically. That is when I found Rewind Backups.
Rewind took very little time to implement. I wish I had known about it sooner because it would have saved me a ton of time. Now Rewind works in the background to backup my data without me even having to open the app. I can literally sleep better knowing that my store data is backed up and can easily be accessed if/when I need it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have not found anything with Rewind Backups that I do not like. It is very much a set it and forget it solution for backing up our data to the cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rewind is an insurance policy for me. Since my webstore is hosted on Shopify and they do not have a native backup function, I needed something that could back my product data to the could. I can rest assured that Rewind is running in the background daily to save all my store data in case I need to restore it for any reason. The small monthly cost of rewind is worth the peace of mind.

The tie in with Atlassian licenses was confusing during renewal as it ties in with your Atlassian date.

What do you like best about the product?
Rewind Backups has a very simple an easy to use interface and is very audit friendly. Their customer support is also very helpful and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to first try to get a response from their AI companion and that was not as successful. But I soon got a response from Vitor, the customer support rep and he was very helpful once he understood my issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rewind Backup makes it each to backup cloud SaaS products and makes my job as a GRC Manager that much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
After researching multiple backup options for my Trello CRM, I chose Rewind based on its strong reviews and reputation. It has been dependable, easy to navigate, and gives me confidence that my data is secure. On the few occasions I had questions, their team was prompt and very easy to work with. For anyone using Trello to manage important business information, Rewind is a smart investment.

Rewind protects the data I’ve built inside my Trello CRM. I’ve entered a large amount of important business information, and losing it would be a major setback.
