Reporting improved immensely as the team added features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tie in with Atlassian licenses was confusing during renewal as it ties in with your Atlassian date.

After researching multiple backup options for my Trello CRM, I chose Rewind based on its strong reviews and reputation. It has been dependable, easy to navigate, and gives me confidence that my data is secure. On the few occasions I had questions, their team was prompt and very easy to work with. For anyone using Trello to manage important business information, Rewind is a smart investment.

Rewind protects the data I’ve built inside my Trello CRM. I’ve entered a large amount of important business information, and losing it would be a major setback. Rewind Backups for Operational Best Practices

    Reviewed on Feb 24, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Rewind Backups provide specific granularity for your instances. I find it easy to setup, configure and test. The people and support from the Rewind team is beyond compare, they lead and support with empathy. I am happy to have this tool handy to save, restore and backup data because I know that it works as intended.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the only thing I would recommend is a step to warn users that once configuration begins, the backups start running would be helpful. Otherwise, I have no reason to have any concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rewind is backing up cloud data for our Atlassian instances and it helps me solve major headaches about the potential loss of data through any interaction. I know that it protects organizations from loss through accidental, intentional, or operational issues that might affect the bottom line. When it is setup and running, then I feel comfortable with the fact that it is protecting the data as it should. A malicious actor can't destroy data (it is recoverable), a mistake like an accidental delete or overwrite won't harm us, and an operational issue such as downtime or loss of connectivity will keep the system safe. To me, running Reqind should be a part of the standard setup of your instance. It's like having a battery backup on your systems. It is a small price to pay to save millions when considering the cost of not having it when you need it.
