How it works:

Step 1. Start-Up Advisory Session: We will set up a meeting of up to 90-minutes to review the topics of interest to your organization. In the first half, we will review your specific pain points and goals in the context of the advisory program. The second half will be ideation around resources and solutions to the topics and your priorities.

Step 2. Recommendations Session (Optional): Based on the topics and priorities outlined in the Advisory session, we can meet for 30 minutes to discuss the next steps recommendations or add additional time for topics needing further research.
