Augintel is a natural language processing (NLP) SaaS product that identifies critical information buried in text within government case management systems and electronic medical records systems.
Augintel's natural language processing (NLP) SaaS products are used by health and social services clinicians to identify actionable information - such as risks, social determinants of health, and protective factors - buried in narrative data such as case notes or patient notes, while also providing narrative search capability. This enables clinicians, such as child welfare caseworkers, to understand more about those they care for and improve the quality of care delivered. Augintel products are also used by managers and administrators to assess client- and patient-level narrative data at the organizational level, identifying safety and compliance issues, as well as early warning signs, so that leadership can intervene and manage the quality of care delivered by their organization as a whole.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract pricing has two parts that work together. The Tier 1 SaaS Subscription covers your ongoing access to the natural language processing software for case notes and unstructured data. The Tier 1 Onboard Services covers the one-time setup and onboarding work. Both are priced for 1 to 500 users. If you need more than 500 users, you request pricing for the extra users directly from the vendor. You typically pay for both dimensions to get the software running.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for the Tier 1 SaaS Subscription pricing?
A user is one person with access to the software, such as a caseworker, clinician, or agency staff member. Pricing covers 1 to 500 named users. If you add users beyond 500, you request pricing for the additional users from the vendor.
How do the SaaS Subscription and Onboard Services charges combine on my bill?
You pay both dimensions. The SaaS Subscription is your recurring charge for software access. The Onboard Services charge is a one-time setup fee to get the software running with your data. Both use the same 1-to-500 user band, so your user count drives each amount.
Does my cost change if I add users within the 1 to 500 range?
Both dimensions are priced for the 1 to 500 user band as a single tier. Adding users within that range does not push you into a new tier. Once you exceed 500 users, you request pricing for the additional users directly from the vendor.
