ARCON PAM - ARCON believes that Privileged Access Management (PAM) is at the core of overall IT infrastructure security. The practice helps to alleviate malicious insiders and data breach threats. Besides, this practice helps comply with a host of IT standards and regulations.
Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Critical Capabilities
Todays IT environments are complex. The number of privileged users and privileged accounts keeps on increasing. Therefore, a Privileged Access Management solution must be capable of seamlessly managing, controlling, and monitoring privileged users and privileged activities in any IT environment
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy this software under a contract, priced per user. Four user tiers set the per-user rate by band: 1 to 99 users, 100 to 499 users, 500 to 999 users, and 1000 or more users. You pick the band that matches your user count, and the rate applies across that range. A separate dimension covers Professional Services, billed per hour for setup, configuration, and consulting work. These service hours are ordered on top of the per-user license and are not part of the tiered user pricing.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
When my user count crosses a tier boundary, does the new per-user rate apply to all users or only the additional ones?
Each user band sets a single per-user rate for that whole range. When your total user count moves into a higher band, the rate for that band applies across your users, not just the extra ones. You pick the band matching your total count at purchase.
What does the Professional Services hourly charge cover, and is it required to license the software?
Professional Services hours cover setup, configuration, advisory, and consulting work such as planning, installation, and initial deployment. You order these hours separately from the per-user license and pay per hour. They sit on top of the user pricing and are not part of the tiered rate.
What counts as one user for billing under the per-user tiers?
You are billed per user account granted access to the platform. Accounts can be onboarded from directory and cloud network sources. Both human and machine privileged identities fall within the managed access environment, so each provisioned account counts toward your total user band.

In 2026, the market is being redefined by a "Redemption Era" for the metal’s carbon footprint. Once criticized for energy-intensive smelting, aluminum is now the cornerstone of the Net-Zero Building movement. The industry is currently shifting toward secondary (recycled) aluminum, which consumes 95% less energy than primary production and is favored for LEED-certified projects. This growth is driven by a surge in modular construction and the expansion of smart cities in the Asia-Pacific region, where lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum extrusions are essential for high-performance facades, solar-integrated roofing, and seismic-resistant structural frames.

What do you like best about the product?
Arcon provide a granual access control system that helps ensure only the right users access sensitive system at the right ime. I especially felt good with real time monitoring and session recording features, which offer visibility and auditing.
The UI has improved significantly over the past year, making navigation and policy configuration easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, the integration with certain legacy systems was a bit cumbersome, and the documentation didn’t cover every edge case. While support is generally responsive, resolving complex technical issues can sometimes take longer than expected.
Password export option were complicated while migrating to another PAM solution. Customizable dashboards and reports weren't available. Integration with Jumpcloud(IDP) wasn't feasible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before ARCON PAM, we struggled with managing privileged credentials manually and had limited audit trails. Now, we have automated credential vaulting, seamless access provisioning, and detailed session logs.
This had not only enhances compliance (especially for audits like ISO, GDPR,PCI and HIPAA etc.) but also significantly reduced insider threats. It's become a central part of our zero-trust approach to security tool monitoring.

Enhanced security through session monitoring and activity recording

Review provided by PeerSpot
What is our primary use case?
Currently, I access our server through the R-Course application, which serves as a part of RDP, Remote Desktop. However, I connect to my RDP server through the ARCON Privileged Access Management credentials using two-factor authentication, rather than directly through RDP.
What is most valuable?
My company policy identified ARCON Privileged Access Management as good for communicating with our server from a security perspective. When I access our server through ARCON Privileged Access Management, it stores all recordings and activities. These records can be helpful for troubleshooting or addressing any security threats. It offers session monitoring capabilities, which adds another layer of security.
What needs improvement?
From an end-user point of view, it would be beneficial if the system could provide information about the last login. This would help identify if the server was accessed by me or if someone has potentially stolen my credentials. It would provide a clearer picture of whether ARCON Privileged Access Management is accessed by an authentic user.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using ARCON Privileged Access Management for around two and a half years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I would rate the stability of ARCON Privileged Access Management as nine out of ten.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
ARCON Privileged Access Management is also rated nine for scalability because it is license-based, making it easy to manage based on the number of licenses.
How are customer service and support?
The technical support for ARCON Privileged Access Management is also rated nine out of ten.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
Previously, the RDP access policies were managed by our IT team. But over the last two years, the scenario at our company has changed. We are now using ARCON Privileged Access Management to access our server.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is simple with a one-time registration. After setup, it is hassle-free.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Someone using RDP might use different solutions like Citrix or VMware. It depends on the company and how they manage their security threats.
What other advice do I have?
Overall, I would rate ARCON Privileged Access Management nine out of ten. I definitely recommend it to other users.
