Dimensions summary
You pay per user, based on the number of monthly users. This is a single pricing dimension, so your cost scales directly with how many people you license. There are no separate charges for connectors, data ingest, or language model usage under this listing. Pricing is set through a contract term, and quantities are fixed for that term. If your usage exceeds the licensed user count, overage is billed in arrears at the contracted rate.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A user is any individual you authorize to access the service, given their own login. This can include employees, consultants, contractors, and agents. You are billed on the number of monthly users you license, not on query volume or data indexed.
The per-user price includes connectors, data ingest, and search features with no extra license cost. You supply your own cloud environment and your own language model provider. Token usage is billed directly between your organization and your model provider, since Atolio does not host or proxy model calls.
Use above your contracted user limit is treated as an overage. Overage is billed in arrears at the rate set in your order form. These extra charges are prorated through the end of the term and rounded up to the next whole month. Your contracted user count cannot be reduced mid-term.
