Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Pricing is organized around the size of your application portfolio. The Starter Package covers up to 30 applications, while the Professional Package covers up to 60 applications. You pick the package that matches your portfolio scale. Each package is a fixed-price subscription. Each package also has a matching one-time onboarding fee: the Starter Package Onboarding Fee and the Professional Package Onboarding Fee. These setup fees are charged once, separate from the recurring package. Pricing scales with your application count, not your headcount, and both packages include the platform from day one.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one application for billing under each package?
An application is any system you onboard into your IGA environment through the platform. The Starter Package covers up to 30 such applications; the Professional Package covers up to 60. Each onboarded application generates a ready-to-load configuration file from intake data. Your count reflects applications in your portfolio, not users or developers.
What does the one-time onboarding fee cover, and how does it relate to the package subscription?
Each package carries a separate one-time onboarding fee: the Starter Package Onboarding Fee or the Professional Package Onboarding Fee. You pay this setup fee once when you begin. The recurring package subscription is billed separately. The onboarding fee matches the package you select and is not repeated over the term.
What happens if my application count grows beyond my package limit?
Each package sets an application ceiling: 30 for Starter, 60 for Professional. If your portfolio grows past your package limit, you move to a package that fits the larger count. Pricing scales with your application portfolio, not headcount, with volume discounts as you add applications.
