Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
You buy the IGA Platform through a contract with two pricing dimensions. The Per Employee dimension charges based on your employee count, so cost scales with headcount. The IGA Platform dimension bundles the platform, connectors, and workflows for 500 employees as a single unit. Both dimensions cover identity governance work: provisioning, offboarding, access reviews, and audit evidence. All connectors are included, with no per-connector fees. Choose the per-employee option to align spend with your workforce size, or the bundled 500-employee package for a fixed scope.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One employee equals one person in your HR system who receives governed access across your connected apps. Your HR source acts as the source of truth. Contractors, service accounts, and AI agents are also governed identities, so confirm with the vendor whether non-employee identities count toward your billed employee total.
No. Every connector is included in both dimensions, whether an app supports SCIM or not. Non-SCIM apps cost the same as SCIM ones. If a connector for your app does not exist yet, the vendor builds it at no extra charge, usually within 48 hours.
The Per Employee dimension scales directly with your employee count, so cost rises as you add people. The IGA Platform dimension is a fixed bundle scoped to 500 employees. If your workforce grows past that scope, contact the vendor about adjusting your bundled quantity.
