    What do you like best about the product?
    A well support team, that are willing to check every hicup along the way to provide a seamless onboarding. Feedback matter to them and are always inclined to improve and develop a more suited product depening on the client feedback and use case.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Multiple systems that we make use of are not available to support for full integration. Altough they will be developed at a later stage it would be more convenient to have intially. Also, support team changes I would keep to a minimum, from my experience a client making use of a system gets used to a familiar face, tends to be more confortable working with rather than having to change mutiple support staff.

    All SaaS in one place, with all aspects being covered, i.e Costs, users, user usage, etc
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Not all software are available on Zluri. PlayBook limitations with certain software

    What do you like best about the product?
    Zluri is a very powerful application for managing software as a service. It allows for Automation, user management and cost optimisation. So far I have been very impressed with the software capability and the service received from the Zluri team.

    the tools have a lot to offer and can take a while to master

    solve managment of our software tools and allows our organisation to cost optimize and not waste on unused licenses

    What do you like best about the product?
    Zluri is a great tool, which can cover all applications used within the company.
    The integration with other platforms is easy and fast.
    The program itself has a user friendly UI, easy to navigate.
    Additionally the Zluri team, is always present to help when needed, and ensure resolutions are always there.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The need for a Chrome browser profile, for the Zluri browser agent to capture data is a limitation.
    The desktop agent only capturing desktop applications is another limitation.
    It would be more effective, if one agent can capture both on the desktop and the browser the used applications.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Zluri is reporting figures, which help us free up licenses and save money in the process.
    Zluri will be also automatically provisioning and revoking licenses in the future when we create the workflows.
    That will ensure minimal input from the administrators, and a constant review for an opportunity for optimization.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Among other players, Zluri has the most direct integrations and is able to see all the customers SaaS landscape.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Nothing for now. Looking forward to see more colaboration with the Zluri team.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Discovering shadow IT, knowing the usage level from each one of the apps and manage all licencing contracts in one place.
